Actually Blake successfully subpoenaed Justin and the PR agents' texts and emails. She has evidence that he broke the contract he signed about not retaliating against her for wanting a safer work environment. Slam dunk case. He should settle.

So many women and men attacked her before this case was announced. Those people owe her an apology. She has the evidence, the cast has backed her, and he himself had admitted already to some of his troubling past which was the same behavior cited in the complaint. You cannot retaliate against someone for speaking up about conditions in a work environment. If you immediately start a smear campaign, it’s considered retaliatory which indeed is illegal. Girls got a case.
How about reserve judgment and look at both sides of the story (make note if the media is only covering one person’s side) and think critically. Don’t just blindly believe one side
But why not walk away if you’re being sexually harassed? She is a pretty powerful person in the industry and has some very powerful friends as well. Then why not do something about it earlier? Something doesn’t add up
