I made this video last year, reposting as a reminder if you are carving the turkey this year! Ever since I can remember, I volunteered to be the one to carve the turkey on Thanksgiving. It rarely went well and this is a better way to do it!

Been carving my turkey this way for about 8 or 9 years. So much better than the other way.
If you carve and diassemble the turky before cooking it makes it much easier to cook and allow to make sure that every part of the turky is cooked to perfection

Hey, you did good with the carving of the turkey and keeping it clean with a neat appearance but you should come with a 2nd demo showing the leftovers being used for a turkey salad, turkey soup or have the scraps piled on the side for extra pieces.
