I've had similar experiences. They'll give you LP condition price for NM cards trade in value but send you a LP card as NM price. Scummy
Seems like lately you've been getting disrespected and done wrong. The pokemon day 24 hour sale was terrible what they did to you and now this. TCA gaming is a house hold name and og in the community. Do not allow them to treat you this way Rusty
You're not being a baby. The $50 is irrelevant and the potential benefit isn't the point either. It is simply the disrespect.
This is one of many horror stories I've heard about Troll & Toad. I avoid them completely after a few friends were burned badly by them.

They fucked up. Clearly wanted to profit more. Im sure there was a few cards that werent perfect but im siding with you.

Troll and toad sends damaged played cards out as near mint all the time and i never order expensive cards from them
I feel you there Rusty. Those Rapidash are in beautiful, immaculate condition. There's nothing to mark down on them. I haven't used Trollandtoad in a long time and nonsense like this is exactly why.
This is the way of the world now Rusty. Everyone is cutting corners or doing shady stuff to maximize profit. Work ethic and customer service are either piss poor or non existent. No one cares anymore and it's truly sad.
Yeah I noticed during/after the pandemic their NM cards I bought were consistently in played or worse condition. Before the pandemic I used to buy NM cards from them all the time to complete my sets and they were awesome. Not sure what changed in the last 4 years but they’ve been horrible never went back to them
To some $50 is a lot of money and I'd be pissed to if I had this happen to me. I wouldn't sell to them again cause that's some scummy bs they pulled.
Troll and Toad has marked down 3 buylists I've sent in over the last 6 months. All cards were pack fresh and many were marked down as played / wrong condition.....Previous to the last 6 months all cards I sent to their buylist were given full price......

I emailed you a few months ago with a terrible buy list experience. They refused all cards except one which they said was nm but offered 1/3 the original value. I’m done with them
Props to you for using your platform to educate the community. That's just bad business on their part.
