I have thought about the pollution trio so often. Muk should be poison water for water pollution, Weezing should be poison flying for air pollution, and Garbodor should be poison ground for land pollution.
That makes so much sense. And the water pollution part explains why you can fish up grimer in celadon city even though it’s not a fish or other water Pokémon

I actually like the gimmick of the Timburr line gaining a different secondary typing based on what they are holding. It’s never been done, but that’s the one line where it makes sense

I've had this thought as well. Fighting/Grass for Timburr, Fighting/Steel for Gurdurr, and Fighting/Rock for Conkeldurr would be neat, especially because of the generation the line was released in. These typings match those of the Swords of Justice, which are also from gen 5, and it would be a great showcase of the eviolite, which was also added in gen 5, to have Gurdurr have the best defensive typing of the three.

Timburr could be part grass cos of the log, gurdurr could be part steel cos of the literal steel beam it carries, and conkeldurr bring rock or ground type makes perfect sense since concrete is a hardened form of both

Funny thing about Xurkitree, I THINK it was supposed to be a Grass type at some point, because last time I remember was using it, the NPC trainers just strangely kept using Fire type moves on it
I might be misremembering, but hey, it makes more sense than Steel I'd think. It learns Power Whip right at the get-go (when you capture it), and well, it turns into a tree
Having it be part Steel makes sense since its overall design is meant to resemble a bundle of wires and cables. Either way, NPCs supposedly using Fire moves makes sense on both counts

Fun fact about Rock/Ground types - despite how common they feel, the most recent new line with Rock/Ground Pokemon was Larvitar & Pupitar in Gen 2. The only other rock/ground Pokemon introduced later was Rhyperior, a member of a Gen 1 line.

This video idea was SO FUN, I loved it! You put so much thought into this and I love what you came up with. I really laughed at some of your decisions and explanations (Alolan Persian! Polteageist! And your rant about Galarian Corsola and Cursola was 100% CORRECT OMG.)
I think there are only a few I would have personally chosen differently for:
Kecleon as a Normal/Dark type. A few of its Pokédex entries describe it "sneaking up on prey" and lashing out with its tongue to "instantly ensnare the unsuspecting target," it can turn invisible which is a sneaky thing to do in general, and it learns several Dark type moves by level up (Thief, Sucker Punch, and Foul Play) and a few more by TM (Fling and Nasty Plot).
Beheeyem as a Psychic/Dark type. A lot of its Pokédex entries are some variation on "It uses psychic power to control an opponent's brain and tamper with its memories," and its Ultra Sun entry adds the incredibly creepy line "You, too, may have already had your memories rewritten" for NO REASON WTF. Also, its Sword entry mentions them just flat-out stealing Dubwool. Combining all of that with the fact that its design is like an alien is trying to look like a human "Men in Black" government agent, an underhanded tactic, and it being able to learn at least *some* Dark type moves by TM/TR (Thief, Dark Pulse, and Nasty Plot), I think it could earn that secondary Dark typing pretty well.
Perrserker as a Steel/Dark type. Yes, as a Viking it does a lot of fighting, but Vikings were also incredibly ruthless, were conquerors, and relied heavily on the element of surprise. Plus, it learns Hone Claws and Taunt by level up (yes, they're both non-damaging moves, but it learns no Fighting type moves by level up at all), and it learns 11 Dark type moves by TM as opposed to only 2 Fighting type moves.
Cetitan as Ice/Normal. I say this in part because it *did* move fully from the ocean onto land, so it makes sense to me that it shed its Water typing, but the fact that it learns no Water type moves by level up is what decides that one for me. (Yes, it does learn quite a few by TM, but... Eh!) Also it learns some very strong Normal type moves both by level up and by TM (more than it does Ice moves), and for some reason the "It protects its body with powerful muscles and a thick layer of fat under its skin" part of its Scarlet Pokédex entry kinda reminds me of Snorlax.
Also, I agree with the people saying that Muk should be Poison/Water, Weezing Poison/Flying (like you made it), and Garbodor Poison/Ground because of the water pollution/air pollution/land pollution trio thing!
Finally, these aren't types I would have chosen differently, but... It's a shame that Tangela and Tangrowth don't learn a few more Rock type moves by level up, since their evolution method is so tied to Ancient Power. It'd also be a neat implication that the completely hidden body concealed in all of those vines might be more rock-like, just with a ton of foliage growing on it with both parts together making up the Pokémon. And Tornadus causing storms and its tail being able to "expel massive energy" makes me wish it learned Rain Dance or literally any Electric type moves by level up, because that'd easily justify a Flying/Water or Flying/Electric typing for me. 😩 Alas.

For Lycanrock's Dusk Form, I think there's an even closer connection to the ghost type. In some mythologies, dusk is said to be the time when the veil separating the worlds of the living and the dead is the thinnest, making contact possible. Being able to contact the dead sounds like a ghost typing to me

Ninetales should totally be a Fire/Ghost: Learns a ton of ghost moves, was literally created via the souls of saints, has so many magical/spirtual elements to it's lore, curses people, and is based on a Kitsune: an often maleomenvnt spirit/deomn supernatural creature. Plus, that Fire/Ghost compliments it's Alolan Ice/Fairy type well.

If I may add a suggestion: You had the right idea making Weezing a Flying-Type since it's the physical embodiment of air pollution.
Following that logic, Muk should have been part Water-Type to represent water pollution and Garbodor should have been part Ground to tie into land pollution.
The Timbur line having all different types would be super unique, roll with it
1:11 If you aren't aware (I'm surprised Mikey didn't mention it so maybe he wasn't aware either), Ninetales is a Kitsune, a Yo-Kai from japanese folklore. It's often depicted as a malevolent fox spirit with 9 tails that uses fire and illusions.
And Yo-Kai in Pokémon like Froslass the Yuki-Onna for example are often Ghost types since they're spirits, so the Ghost type makes sense for Ninetales.
Not only that, but it also learns Ghost Type moves like Spite and Confuse Ray naturally as a Vulpix.
They are dark types too.. Since Shiftry should be a tengu and Lombre should be a kappa
