It works on a Ryzen 3450U but when I disable Secure Boot I get problems with Riot's Vanguard and I am forced to enable it again but when I restart the computer the value is reset to stock (In this case 2gb instead of the 4gb that I assigned).
@@TanujGaminator The good thing is that it works, but the system sends me a message that changes have been made to the hardware, perhaps that is why when restarting the amount of VRAM is reset to stock. Hi. I have a question. If you make the custom bios for changing the vram does it gets permanently or it'll just disappear and becomes stock bios when you unplug the flash disk?
Custom BIOS won't work if you don't put the pendrive in the laptop, so basically stock BIOS will always be there. You can always access that with your laptop BIOS key
Its a little different in the 3500u tho which kinda scared me abit In the gfx bit, turn the igpu controller to forces then follow through the remaining instruction on video Sidenote: tlou part 1 kinda runs abit slower compared to before but ghost of tsushina runs faster and smoother lol so weird
Ikr I was trying this on the 3500U and it was weird and scary as hell, but I pulled through though. I'm still monitoring mine to see if there are any performance boosts
@TanujGaminator it was the default 2gb but it ran tlou fine, but after the process the vram usage bumped up to the redline, not even ultra perf on fsr3 helps. I decided to uninstall tho since i dont think theres more i could have done with it

In boot menu 2nd option is indicated your pendrive name? If yes mine is not showing after using rufus will it be showing? I just check in bios connected my pendrive

After you continue and exit the custom BIOS, it'll be permanent until you change it again
