I was listening to this again and it struck me... This is a good presentation. No pressure, just showing. The most out there statement was "the entertainment possibilities are endless". Most of the things that make real estate agents horrible are missing.
I thought I had a dream home in mind up until now, but I think it's pretty much a thing of the past now. This is the absolute dream home now! For now I'll have to keep on dreaming. 💰 ✨
Darren, you are to be commended for an excellent presentation! Rarely, does anyone go through an entire home this seamless! The transition from room to room was flawless!
Our beautiful design of a home I was starting a masterpiece in the desert perfect if there would be somewhere like my favorite, one of my favorite cities in which Paradise Valley az 💯💯👑
Some of these compounds are ridiculous. I've visited a few on Camelback mountain. I went to this place one time that seemed like it was a Roman Emperor's castle, it had this massive portico with Roman pillars, the gardens climbing up to the entrance were immaculate pads possibly attended to by professional gardeners 24/7. It was crazy wealthy. But yeah if you want to see these places try visiting the neighborhoods on Camelback Mountain. Palaces!
In a climate where it can be over 110 degrees for weeks at a time, the size of this house must suck up enough cooling energy to cool 10 to 20 average homes.

What about the Arizona scorpion species out there such as the Arizona bark scorpion? The homes in Silverleaf are dreamy. There's a video of one up there somewhere on some street called Whistling Wind Way (beautiful property) then you look all around these properties and you think yah but what about the snakes? These big retaining walls along the perimeters of these properties, the good news is rattlers aren't known to climb vertical walls so you figure your mostly safe. I'd rather see a snake sitting in the driveway and start screaming like a girl rather than sit down on the outdoor furniture and get stung on the butt by a scorpion!! If money wasn't an issue, I'd hire someone to come out every single day and look for scorpions and at night with flashlights. You can build an amazing property like this in the desert but the question is - how does one keep the desert out of the home? _inquiring_ _minds_
@@adventureseeker9800 😂🤣I feel you on this one. Once in a while you might find a scorpion but they don’t tend to find their way into one’s home very often, maybe the itty bitty ones but not ones that can do some real damage. There are snakes for sure but they tend to stay away from developed places, you’re more likely to encounter a rattlesnake during a hike or somewhere more remote. What I do see often in Scottsdale are javelinas, and as blind as they are those things will attack you if they think you’re a threat lol more so than a snake or a scorpion. But the one thing to really watch out for are black widows. I live in north Phoenix and we’ve had like 3 black widows in the 4 years we’ve lived at our place. 15 times more venomous than a rattlesnake 😰

There isn't a home anywhere in Arizona worth 28 million, unless there's an ocean view that I'm missing. But as PT Barnum said, there's one born every minute.

Very nice bro!
Appreciate you bro!!
Imagine all the rattlesnakes surrounding the property.
Thought about that while filming it lol
They never say anything about rattlesnakes.

Too bad, they didn’t put the wood floors in the main house. I love the guest house.
Wasn't that originally jason Hope's house or was in the process at one time?
Legend has it he had plans for a 100,000 sq ft compound here before unforeseen circumstances 🤷

second comment...literally amazed at all the negative comments...common' this is 'merica
LOL, that stairwell is my least favourite part of the place. "People. Go figure."
If property tax wasn't a thing, homes like these would slightly more realistic.
I love it 💓
my dream mansion🥰🥰💖💖
28 ml yeahhhh right. Nextttttt cl🤡wn
The anti-swimming pool is a joke, guess they ran out of money during the build or a lame architect.
U can add me to the list for this house to my collection to buy with my trillions dollars
Why are you walking backwards so much
I'm typically walking forward but reverse it in post.
Does it come with drinking water, showers with water, sinks with water faucets, garden hoses with water, etc?

Haha I agree! That was the price at the time, but with our market, its definitely not worth that much anymore
