Astoundingly, this tune dates back to 1967, when it was part of the grand concept album, 'Days of Future Passed'. A rebirth for England group, The Moody Blues, it's still one of the defining British records of the 20th century. And this is still considered a rock standard.

Released in '67, during the Summer of Love, when I was 13 yrs young, the Moodies had a long series of "concept albums" of which Days of Future Past (which included this song) was my fav... Try listening to Tuesday Afternoon for another great tune from the same lp.
    Beautiful reaction btw, as usual!

Love this song! It’s timeless! Watching your beautiful smile and face light up while listening all the way thru. This is how I feel too listening to it every time thru the years. But it’s so xtra magical watching you hear it for your first time and seeing you shine as your swept away to paradise.
    May God bless you. 🙏🏼

Great reaction to a beautiful song! I loved seeing your smile when Justin started singing and then enjoyed you singing along with "And I Love You" later! I've always loved this song and thank you for allowing me to enjoy it along with you! I have a few more song suggestions for you to react to, if you don't mind! "Question" by The Moody Blues, "Thank You" by Led Zeppelin, "Theme from The Good The Bad And The Ugly" by The Danish Symphony Orchestra, "A Whiter Shade of Pale" from Procol Harum in 2006, "Heart of Gold" from Neil Young in 1971, "She's A Rainbow" from The Rolling Stones and "Mull of Kintyre" from Paul McCartney! Best wishes to you with your channel!!!

I love this song, never knew who sang it but I just recalled where I heard it last. I worked in a projection booth of a movie theater and just recalled the Movie Shattered. It was the first movie we had that had the most amazing bass for our hi tech speaker system. I think I should like to see it again, but i can only recall that this song played in a scene that was epic at the time. I think it is an amazing tune perfectly paired with a sense of slow motion as your life flashes in front of you.

If you enjoyed Nights (and I can tell you did), try Babe by Styx. A love song written by the lead to his wife. And if you like flute, try some Jethro Tull. Moody Blues is a wonderful rabbit hole to go down.

You need to let the song go ALL THE WAY to the end. There was more after you stopped it!
