    We start with a warm up and then move into a fun side body series targeting obliques, hips, and glutes. From there we move into core work in which we'll use the ball to connect to our inner thighs and pelvic floor. We finish class prone, first focusing on the lower half, and then centering off with spinal extension work.
    EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
    -Small Pilates ball (doesn't have to be the exact same size I'm using, but for reference, mine is a 7.5" ball) amzn.to/3qEZrlJ
    If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach - and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)
