    4 years and Kore belt is still going strong! I bought my Kore belt summer of 2018 needing something sturdy enough to support a daily carry gun, good looking enough to be worn with a variety of different outfits and rugged enough to last more than a few months….All I can say is WOW. This belt has traveled with me across the globe, has been worn carrying at home, working in Qatar keeping my a$$ crack concealed and keeping my work pants up. And complimenting a pearl snap during a night out in Singapore. The finish on the buckle has worn slightly and the belt has molded to my hips a little but four years later it’s still going strong, ratcheting into place and supporting whatever I throw at it. I remember the first day I opened it up thinking “damn I hope this buckle holds on with this clamp and two set screws” and lemme tell ya. Hasn’t moved IN FOUR YEARS. This could very well be the best belt I’ve ever owned and I’m ready to buy a second color I think having withstood the test of time. If you’re on the fence, don’t think twice about this. I’ve gotten more than my moneys worth out of it. Thanks goes to Kore for making a great product.

    I have 3 Kore gun belts and they're awesome. They are very sturdy for everyday carry. Look and feel like a very high dollar belt. I usually wear IWB and some times have to tuck my shirt in. With these belts you can’t even tell that you are carrying. They keep your gun snug against your body (with the proper holster). And no sagging! I’m also an industrial mechanic and I use one as my work belt everyday to carry a flashlight, radio, small tool pouch. The belt is holding up excellent!!!

    Kore's NEW 2.0 Gun Belt is fantastic. I had one of their original gun belts for several years and due to the size of my gut and the fact that I ran more gear on it that it was rated for I had issues with the buckle "chewing up the belt" . The customer service at Kore was exceptional and sent me a replacement belt. During this time they were developing a 2.0 version of the buckle that completely solved the issues I was having. I've been wearing this newer version daily for almost 2 months and it has been flawless even with my full load of gear ( G17, 2 extra full size mags, knife, cell phone, keys). I have to say the quality of the new buckle, the belt and Kore Essentials customer service have been exemplary.

    These Kore holster belts are absolutely the best. I've carried concealed for 15 years and this is, by far, the most comfortable and convenient gun belt I've ever owned (having gone through more than 10 belts in a variety of materials). I've worn it daily for over a month. I was so impressed that I bought another one for me and one for my brother.

    I saw many TH-cam Kore belt reviews including your comments and they convinced me this could be THE belt to hold up more than my trousers. I opted for the tactical reinforced belt model as my EDC (gun/spare mag/flashlight) belt. Lots of weight and I didn't want things falling down as with other brands/material. The Kore tactical model is a very stiff ridged belt. The hook/loop belt loop provided is needed to capture the end of belt otherwise it sticks out. I found that OWB and paddle holsters affect the amount of belt needed differently. An IWB holsters probably even more length would be needed. If you are a first time buyer of any Kore products be sure to use the discount code. If you don't have it contact Kore product support. Unless you are in desperate need use the lowest cost shipping and save $$$. I ordered mine on Monday afternoon and was delivered in TX by Friday noon. You got my thumbs up.

    Guys the belts in this video are their old old models.The new models use 2 screws to secure the belt to the buckle and the belts themselves have their new power core center that they say is unbreakable. I am a believer because the 2 that I bought back in late 2019 are still my daily wear goto belts supporting my sig tier 1 rig iwb. I have had a lot of belts over my law enforcement career and these are the best I have found so far.

One for carry after work & one for HVAC technician work in attics, crawlspaces, & in out of back of my work truck 5 days a week. I've been wearing out leather hole belts for years rather quickly. Can't wait to try these belts & throw away my old pile of work belts.

    Nolan is right Kore belts are awesome gun and gear belts in my experience. I have a black leather that's over 2 years old and looks great still and a tan tactical about a year old and like new. I won't wear any other gun belt when carrying my glock. Because other can say what they want, but for me you cant beat the track for adjusting it to your exact size and the quality of these belts is aces. My rig is very secure and thats whats important.

    I have a Kore gun belt and it looks great, feels great, and best of all, functions amazingly with all my EDC gear and with none of the added bulk other types of belts, be it with holes or cobra buckles. I love how it is easy to adjust and the style of it. There can always be improvements to anything but it is hard to find ways to do it for this in this capacity. Overall its a great product!

  • @douglassnyder1292
    @douglassnyder1292 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    My 2 cents: Excellent belt. Still looks like new leather, and is still very rigid after five years of use. Love the adjustments. Just ordered another in black Tac. My only complaint; I like an aged looking leather belt, and the one I have will never do that. I don't know why. I wish they would make one that looked like old worn leather. The dress leather belt look is not always what I want, but...excellent belt.

    Purchased two of these belts with X3 buckles and the belt hanger about 6 months ago. They're attractive enough and well made for the price, the largest benefit of this option over others being the reduced bulk in the buckle area, which is why I originally went to try these out.
    My biggest issue is that the reinforced core does not extend all the way around the belt: the 10" length with the notches is not reinforced, which is a critical area for carrying a gun, particularly for AIWB carry. Aside from that these are decent belts for the money, just not if you're carrying a 30oz gun or probably any gun, so points are lost on the "Gun Belt" side of things. The other downsides are that the buckle pinches and is not comfortable if it is shifted to an off center of your body, the primary pinch point being at my hip bones. Lastly, the edges will dent where the weight of the buckle rests and where the clips of your holster ride, which is not a huge deal but might be an issue if you plan to use this as a double-duty gun belt and a formal belt.
    The tactical belt line is different in that they extended the reinforced section on those, but until they update the leather belts that way it's not worth it. I've found myself going back to my traditional study 1.5" leather belt from Hank's Belts for both comfort and effectiveness.
    Summary: not worth it if you are carrying anything larger than a subcompact pistol. Pretty solid if you're looking for a sturdy belt that you don't plan on strapping a gun onto.

      Gabriel - we have tens of thousands of customers that carry with our KORE leather and tactical gun belts every day and swear by them. Our new 2.0 version is beefier and very heavy duty. But like we state, KORE belts are made for small to medium weight firearms so you can wear them comfortably all day. They are not battle belts. Thanks.

    My Kore gun belts are without a doubt the best I've ever worn. I have 3 of them and they're consistently a fantastic product. Tough, durable, reliable. Flexible around the waist and rigid under weight regardless of the pistol carried. You'd be hard pressed to do better than a Kore gun belt.

    As far as I am concerned Kore makes the perfect gun belt. I have the leather version and it appears to be very well made and well suited to the task I purchased it for. It's good looking and the minor adjustments create a perfect fit. The belt is very heavy but suppose that is the nature of this type belt with the extra stiffening core. I'm a big strong guy and had a difficult time installing the buckle. I did it three times trying to get the belt perfectly in line with buckle. I will probably purchase a Kore canvas belt as well now that I know how well they work.

    I like mine, but it is very bulky looking for appendix carry. It must be positioned in the front for me, for tucked-in shirts: of which I do often.
    Loosening the shirt to flare out a little helps; but is bulky nonetheless. It is not ideal for decent-looking shirts/form fitting.
    Try it out. You get time to wear it and return if you don’t like it. You won’t know for sure until you try it. 🙂👍🏼

    I bought the nylon one two weeks ago, it’s not that great. It is indeed sturdy and will hold ur gun, but the material starts separating from the inner layer within like a week with normal outside heat. So now it curls awfully and is a pain to put on. The buckle is perfect, kinda hard to put the end in, but yeah the main thing is the material just seems to be applied with decent stitching but really shitty glue.

    mine was in the trash by 9 months. the buckle keeps ripping off the belt and i kept having to cut another half inch off the belt every time it did. waste of my money and completely unreliable when this puts you in really awkward situations when the belt just comes apart with no warning and you are holding up your pants and gun until you can cut the belt and reattach the buckle again. after 3 cuts I gave up and bought something else to try because sooner or later the belt will not be long enough.

      @@Koreessentialsbrand So a year after the upgrade, you sent me an older model of the belt?! I posted this 10 months ago, 9 months after I bought the belt which means the newer model was out a year and a half before I purchased it...If you realized this was a problem and made a change to fix it, you shouldn't have been sending out the old model knowing this would be a problem. Unfortunately, I will never trust your company again.

      @@Koreessentialsbrand I am not mistaken on when I purchased it. It was 19 months ago. And no, it does not and did not have set screws. It doesn't matter any more. I think that is sketchy of your company if you sent me an old model after the new one was out but it is irrelevant now. I have tried a few different gun belts after that and wasted a lot of money in doing so. They all have faults and do not last the test of time. Ihave since then moved back to a normal leather belt. I just got the Hanks Belt Montana Bison Belt that is super thick in order to accommodate for carrying a gun. So far, it is still in perfect condition and is working way better than any gun belt I have ever purchased.

    I've carried concealed for over 25 years. I mostly used ordinary leather belts from off the rack.
    The Kore Essentials belts aren't much different in my opinion. I like the ratcheting system but other than that, it's just an average nice belt.
    It's not a bad belt, it's just not a gun belt and I can't see me spending 60 bucks on buying another one

      Bot? Dont flatter yourself. This is a personal video posted by a customer that I responded to, not a Kore Essentials sponsored post (or is it). I posted an honest assessment of my personal experience with your company to the video of a fellow customer. That's kinda how mutual exchanges of information work. You appreciate the positive comments and accept the negative ones. Your responses to my comment tell me everything I need to know about your company. There's nothing "fake" about my review or my opinion of your product.
      I, too, am a business owner, and I'd absolutely NEVER respond to a dissatisfied customer the way you have.
      A Bot? Yeah, okay. I gave you guys credit for what you do well with respect to your product, but instead of reaching out and personally addressing what you consider an unfavorable review, you initiate a smear campaign.....There's no way, you guys believe that this is how you're supposed to address issues like this. Whoever is in charge of your media/social media should be fired.

    • @robertwilliams5015
      @robertwilliams5015 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @Koreessentialsbrand Cut the BS! You haven't asked me anything until this comment.
      You didn't find a record of my purchase because I don't use my actual name on social media and platforms like TH-cam. How could you have asked me for anything *IF YOU DONT HAVE MY INFORMATION?* When did you ask me to email you anything? You certainly didn't ask in the previous comments that you referenced. (I have all of those screenshots as well) The only thing *YOU* did was accuse me of being a liar and a *"bot,"* before you even asked what my issue was.
      Again, your comments say a lot about the type of people your company employs.
      You could have provided me with a number or an email initially. Instead, you chose to go low.
      Do you know what a *good,* reputable, professional company does when faced with an unsatisfied customer? Do you know what I would do in my line of business.
      I'd offer an apology even if I was confident that we did everything right. I'd express regret for any any inconvenience that my product or service may have caused. I'd then ask if there was anything that we or I could personally do to remedy the issue. Finally, I'd suggest an amicable solution to the issue.
      What you did was initiate an online social media beef with a customer that just so happened to be displeased with your product/service. You lied and literally engaged in "name calling." What professional business does that?
      That's insane, that's unprofessional, and it's definitely a bad look. It's also a shame that I have to tell you that.

    • @robertwilliams5015
      @robertwilliams5015 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Koreessentialsbrand Wait, what happened to the lies, the accusations? The name calling? Come to think of it. What happened to all of the ill-mannered comments that you directed towards me? (Seems they've all been deleted) What happened to the harassment? The jumping from video to video and purposely making disparaging remarks towards me simply because I was critical of your customer service? This wasn't even YOUR video. I posted my opinion to the video of a fellow customer, not to you. My intent was never to get into some negative exchange with you, but you guys just had to go low.
      With respect to this most recent reply from you guys....where was this consideration and willingness to assist me when you were accusing me of being a "bot?"
      Yet again, those comments, the pettiness of whomever is responsible for responding to me, the typos........all of those things say things about your company and who you employ. Take a look at the comments you've directed towards me. (I have those screenshots if you need a reminder) You don't think you guys have a customer service issue? What reputable company says the kind of things you've posted to a customer?
      I'm done with you guys, I've said my peace, I've sold the belt and moved on.

    If you think this belt is just like 'normal' belt you're sleeping at the wheel, never tried one or dont carry. These 'normal' belts are vertically stiff and zip'n lock at your exact size which is especially key if you have a gun hanging from your belt.

    Another bunch of spam bots claiming these cheap ass belts are the end all be all of your everyday carry. Folks stop buying the hype. It's the same shit with alien gear holsters and the ton of hot garbage those holsters are. This stuff is very cheap to make and because youtube makes people feel like they are getting an honest review and not a TV commercial people jump and spend money on a bunch of junk they normally wouldnt. Trust me do your research before you waste your money. These belts are nice at first and the track line system is great but they have a thin plastic core supported by a few thin pieces of leather and thread. Do your research.

      Adam - actually KORE gun belts use 2 full-length pieces of top-grain leather stitched together with our proprietary Power-Core center (fiberous and nearly unbreakable) for stiffness and durability. We have tens of thousands of customers who have used them for years now and love them. But of course they are not for all purposes or everyone. And we don't use spam bots, whatever that is. Thanks.

      @@Koreessentialsbrand So let me speak from experience with the Kore dress belt. I recieved it almost 10 months ago and in the first 3 months of use the inner core broke. Not from abnormal use but daily use and the majority of the time I wasn't carrying, but I liked the style and looks of the belt and with the 1/4" adjustments with the track line system it worked great. Then on around the 30th day of use the kore broke while putting it on. After about 3 months the leather busted and now the only thing holding it together is the stitching. So while yes its a nice looking system the core of the belt is weak. With this said I haven't tried the nylon version and maybe it's meant for daily use the dress belt did not hold up its claim and shouldn't be an issue after only 30 days of use from simply flexing enough to go around your waist and belt loops. By the way Kore was the first gun belt I have ever purchased. But it or the belt I recieved didn't hold up. As far as alien gear the very first holster I purchase when I recieved it for the Sig p320c the shell was 2 small and wouldn't allow the firearm to fully seat. For the price maybe I shouldn't expect decent quality control but the shell should have been checked before sending it to the customer. So if you wonder why I don't buy the youtube hype train anymore it's because the majority of youtube channels anymore don't even put the equipment they are vouching for through atleast 6 months of use most might use the products for 3 or 4 days and call it good. Money is tight for most people so you want a legit review and testing done on equipment especially newer company's or products.

      @@TheAdam2877 Sorry, sounds like you got a defective belt. But you are in luck - the warranty means you get a FREE replacement. Just contact Support@KoreEssentials.com Let me try to understand. You said the first 3 months the inner core broke, then you said around the 30th day of use it broke when putting it on. Then the leather busted after 3 months with just stitching to hold it. I'm not sure we've ever had a belt do that before. When you contact support can you please include some photos so we can see what happened ? BTW - our new 2.0 Power Core belts use several materials to make them pretty much unbreakable. Thanks
