Great video on training a newbie to mower service. Just wished they’d put a serviceable HST in those tractors. Filter and HST fluid change is the life of those transmissions. I think they’re Tuff Torq brand not sure of the model. A few years ago I was in the market for something better for mowing and rear lift attachments so I went with a trade in 2016 Kubota BX-1870 54 deck no loader for 9 grand only had 95 hours on it. Warranty left plus Kubota financing at a tremendous low rate and got the Kubota insurance at a really good price. Those diesels just don’t use a lot of fuel ! Love it ! Still Iike the Husqvarna model you serviced. Thought you had a BX too. Have a Blessed Day 73’s W4YDK 🇺🇸
It is silly that they make it nearly impossible to service them! I will eventually do the job on this one, but it requires removing the entire transmission from the mower to do it.
I thought of that, but I have heard so bad things about doing that. People were saying that it gummed up the combustion chamber and was a real mess to clean up.
Love these garden tractor videos! Great job and keep up the good work!
I am glad you enjoyed it! I will see what I can do

I would try mixing some of the drain oil in with the diesel/kerosene and run it in the little heater you use for the shed.
