      There's a world of difference between him and olympic lifters. While he's indeed insanely strong compared to anyone else in the borderline casual world of TH-cam, olympic athletes are on a whole new level.

    • @kblkbl
      @kblkbl 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ***** WHile it is a lot for us, casual lifters, a 10% difference on an elite level is basically the difference between the gold medal and qualifying for the olympics. Check Greg Nuckols article about steroid strenggth gains for sports with weight divisions, 10% is roughly the difference between a juiced record and a natty record.

    • @kblkbl
      @kblkbl 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ***** 10% for an elite level guy like him isn't the same as 10% for a newbie or intermediate lifter like me or you. While he may not train in the same facilities as olympic athletes, when I say elite I talk about his strength/technique level.
      Just to give some notion: a 10% increase in the 94kg division total is the difference between Ilya Ilyin total of 437kg in 2015 and his total at 2006 Junior world championship. It's basically a lifetime of improvement for an elite level athlete.

    Even if you had in fact at a young age managed to create a portable anti-gravity device that allows you to easily move seemingly unrealistically heavy weight, the truth, which is you actually lifting said weight with no anti-gravity device, remains more impressive.

      He means you lifting that much weight is actually more impressive than inventing most high tech device that humanity will ever invent, possibly.

      @@clarence0 I dont lift weights that heavy and neither go to gym. I do have 5 kilos and a beginner in teenage . I also dont know where the food I eat goes to. Can you help me build muscle.
      pushups - 15 reps
      Squats -180 reps in sets of 30 within an hour.

    • @spyce708
      @spyce708 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@cr1t1cs92 need to do way more pushups, I would aim for a hundred in sets of 15 or 20. And do different variations, so wide hands, close hands, diamonds, and shoulder pushups.
      If you aren't getting bigger you gotta eat more. Plain and simple. 3/4 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight is ideal for putting on muscle, but make sure you're getting a ton of calories preferably from plant based sources.
      Good luck brother

    Awesome video Clarence. Just wondering if you ever believed in using knee sleeves or any kind of compression to help with pain/support? Thought that could help with your injury. Hope it clears up for you man.
