Thank you!! I'm 5ft and this is so encouraging because I still struggle if I eat over 1800. I've made a huge progress as I was forcing myself to eat 1150- 1300 cal a day.
Hi I have a quick question ? Are online calculators wrong ? I put my weight and height and age and activity level on an online calculator and it’s telling me to eat around 1360 if sedentary and 1560 if I exercise 1-3 times a week . That’s very little . I think . I don’t want to lose weight . I’m small already. If anything I want to maintain my weight.
After you know you BMR how many extra calories extra do you guys add into recommended daily intake for just day to day activities ( getting up , brushing teeth etc)?
What are your thoughts on intermediate fasting and should we have breakfast lunch and dinner for a good metabolism or 6 meals a day? If so what are the best times ?
Is the same true for short women who weigh quite little? I'm five feet tall but very light, and calorie calculators online tell me that my tdee is 1200 calories when I am sedentary...
You are a great resource thank you for your valuable information 💜
You are so welcome :)

I could possibly even eat more than that and not even know it
That's great! Fueling your body well :)

How much more calories do you guys add to BMR with just getting up , brushing teeth etc….normal activities….?
It can vary but ~10-20% of your BMR
@@thekahmclinic4082 is this 10-20 percent only for basic activities or with 15-30 min exercise( going for a walk ) 1-3 times a week ?
Do you have an update for this patient a year later?
