    Some bad habits I want to cut are --
    1) waking up super late
    2) going to bed late
    3) being lazy (not exercising, not getting my to-do lists done, sitting on my phone all day)
    4) procrastinating!!! (I need to deep clean my room really bad!!!)
    5) losing my temper
    thank you, your videos have changed my life and I would NOT be the person I am today without these videos!!

      I know we can all do this. I know that we wake up every single day promising to stop binging, but it is actually so much easier than we consider it to be. Just eat healthy, workout if possible, do the things that you love and everything's gonna be alright! 😊

    It's not a habit I need to break, but something that I need to add to my life again. I am going to drink a mug of hot lemon water every morning and I will drink 64 oz of water every day. The feeling of being hydrated and having glowing skin is my greatest motivation.

    Kalyn you are by far the most modivationed, inspirational, and loving person I know. You always put a smile on my face with every video and you modivate me to be better and do better. I've been absolutely obsessed with the song Only Us by paperwhite that you introduced to us. It makes me feel like such a girl boss and every time I hear it all I need is 3 seconds and it's like "Go kick some ass!" I could never thank you enough for all that you do💖

    I swear you're psychic. I had been debating creating a channel for almost a year, and then you posted that video on starting youtube. Now I have been beating myself up over my skin ~issues~ and you post this video. I hate hate hate to admit this publicly, but being real with myself the reason I have bad skin is because I OBSESS over it (in a very bad way). This video helped me realize that I started picking at my skin around the time I got bullied in middle school and I haven't been able to quit that bad habit since!
    I got the guts to start my channel a few days ago, and now I am going to stop picking, popping and touching my skin, and I am going to let it heal. HOLD ME TO IT! One day I will get compliments on how nice my skin is.
    Thanks so much for what you do, you have built such an amazing and inspiring channel and I hope to do the same

      I always scroll through comments and never respond to anyone but I read yours and just want to say that I had bad skin for years and years and once it finally cleared up I started getting compliments from complete strangers over and over again it felt absolutely amazing, and I'm the type of person who doesn't like much attention. I almost cried at work because it was the first compliment I had ever received from a stranger on my skin after years and years of trying everything to heal my acne. And I know it may seem ridiculous that approval from strangers means so much but I completely understand why you'd say that and I'm going to be the stranger to tell you that if you're able to have good skin if you stop obsessing over it, then absolutely stop messing with your skin! Having acne for me was and still is (it's back sadly) incredibly hard to deal with and being able to have that short few months of perfect skin made me so much happier. So break that habit. You got this! Get those compliments but most of all feel great about yourself because you did it for you 😊

      Margaret Smith I completely understand how you girls feel! 💔 I've been dealing with skin issues myself since 2015 . Cystic acne keeps flaring up and then disappears it's the absolute worst ! For the past month my skin has been going through it 😣 recently went on my honeymoon and I couldn't stop thinking about it !!! Ugh . Stay strong ladies this shall pass ❤️

      Margaret Smith Girl, let me tell you I completely understand 💕 it’s so tough having acne prone skin and it’s hard to understand unless you’ve actually gone through it. I have a few videos related to that type of thing, so as a fellow small TH-camr you might feel some peace hearing a similar story to yours on acne and self esteem 😊 hope you have an amazing day! You’re beautiful with or without acne! Don’t forget that!

      Get a series of smoothbeams... my skin was so bad and out of control I couldn't wash my face without crying. Smoothbeam cured me it's slightly painful and it's not cheap but it does work

    I want to stop the habit og binge eating when I am bored and hungry....also stop the habit of delaying my studies to the last night before the test....so annoying habits!!

    I want to get into the habit of not always staring at screens all the time and actually do things that don't involve the internet and also to start being more positive about myself. I loved this video so much and I've already got a head start of accomplishing this because of you. I wouldn't be where I am right now with out you. Tysm ly.💕😘

    First, this is now my favorite video on TH-cam of all time.
    And I am not just saying this. I literally mean it.
    This is the most helpful and constructive video I can apply and use in ALL of my life. Like Kalyn said, this is a LIFESTYLE change. By using these step by step instructions, I can now fully work towards creating good habits and abolishing bad ones rather than just jumping in blindly without progressive steps and drowning.
    My Bad to Good Habits:
    1.Waking up later than my scheduled 7:30 -> Reward myself first thing with coffee when I wake up at 7:30.
    2. Snacking when not hungry -> return to Excel planning meals.
    3. Not following through on workouts -> Return to printable workouts with a plan and structure my interval cardio by listening to podcasts when walking so that when I return to running, the music pumps me back into it.
    4. Eating right after school/work -> take a walk or do some secretarial tasks.
    5. Gaming rather than reading -> adopt a reading spot/nook to set the mood to read.
    Make sure to keep me to my word!
    Also, P.S. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck changed my life.

    I relate to this video on another level. I am currently in that EXACT place where I'm unmotivated, have no zest for life, lazy and just not taking care of myself, being negative towards myself, and have fallen into a deep rut. I know this isn't me and within the past 2 weeks I've really been trying to be positive and change my mindset, and a lot of times in the mornings when I wake up and have my coffee, I watch one of your videos to get me inspired for the day (what I'm currently doing right now actually) and it's really helping. I want to eat healthy, workout often and dive back into my hobbies like photography!

    Kalyn, I'm so glad I found your channel. You always make my day by posting amazing, inspirational videos. You motivate me and inspire me in so many ways. This video is what I needed because I'm trying to eat healthier again and working out more. I stopped following my plant based diet and at first it brought me joy but you are right, after a while I started feeling depressed and guilty.     I'm an ex-gymnast who has completely let myself go.. I used to blame stress and my college friends for getting me into these bad habits.. For the last week I've been working towards breaking my bad habits and its honestly taking so much time and effort.. I was feeling really unmotivated today and then I saw this video..     Becoming more organized, cutting out coffee and dairy and sugar because it hurts my skin and makes me not feel as good as I could, not overspending, stop letting little things hurt me. All of the above are caused by stress and contribute to my feelings of depression and jealousy of others and hurt not only me but those around me. You're so right about how its harder to see things in the long term. Thank you for making these videos because it only reinforces those things we all know we should do and know but don't always see.

    ok there is a lot of things on my list hahaha
    1. stop stress eating, listen to halsey instead
    2 start giving my body physical activity cause it feels so good after
    3. stop napping whenever I am stressed out, read a motivating book instead
    4. try to actually have a morning routine, instead of rushing out the door everyday so basically sleep earlier
    5. start working towards my goals- i.e. work on my youtube channel, website etc.--> so gotta start planning first and set deadlines; I am gonna inform my friend so that she can check on me!!
    6. Start working on overcoming on my depression/anxiety issues (long term)
    Most importantly!
    7. Take 15 mins off all technology everyday; and 30 mins over the weekends
    STOP BEING LAZYYY AND STOP PUTTING OF WORK
    I love yo so much Kalyn, your videos help me out so much

    For a few years I'd been going through a depression and I had so many bad habits like eating loads of junk, going to bed super late, being really messy and unorganised, always being late to things and sitting around on my phone to try and distract myself from the way I was feeling. I've been out of that phase for a few months now and I can't remember the last time I felt this happy, but I'd still been doing these habits because it was just what I'd got accustomed to. This new year I've had a lot of New Years resolutions and I've been following a few of them and I'm pretty proud of myself, but now this video has made me want to start to form an overall better lifestyle and I'm super grateful Kalyn ily!! You're super inspirational ❤️

    For awhile now I have been working on learning to love myself as well as learning to take better care of myself on the inside and outside. I know this won't be news to any one but at the end of the day it was all my fault. Nobody forced me to eat what I ate, nobody makes me feel a certain way unless I let them. It took me a while to realize that and I am still working on the second half. Trying not to let others thoughts/opinions change the way I feel about myself. I've learned that if I want to feel better about MYSELF I have to do what I NEED to do in order to feel that way. I can't put the blame on anyone else but myself for getting to the point that I've gotten too. I love that this video put what I am doing into words. I am figuring everything out regarding my bad habits. Such as when it started, why it started, etc... 💕Slowly but surely I am getting there and I am happy with the progress I've made! 😊 I love you Kalyn and your videos!☺

    I love the 1st step how you said: write down not only negative habits, but your good habits too. Habits and routines are what I've been working on recently because I want to make the most of my time with my new full time work schedule so I don't burnout again.     I know this is old... but I really need someone to tell.
    My bad habit is hiding from the things I need to do. Dishes, going out with my son to play more, not waiting for hubby to be home to do anything.
    I want to keep my house homey and work harder. I want to go hiking with my kid.
    I hope you can see this. Thank you for all of your inspiration.

    Could you do a video about your top 10 self help books? I read 'you are a badass' because of your recommendation and it was sooo good :)The bad habits I want to change are: finding an excuse to go to the gym, letting my boyfriend feel my bad mood and eating because I want to distract myself from uni. One habit I want to reestablish is reading for half an hour every evening.

      Heute hier morgen dort those are all great habits to work on. Sound similar to mine! I want to start making time to read like 30 min a day, workout, wake up earlier ! :) we can do it.

    Spending needlessly and eating crap/not working out are two habits I'm trying to break. I'm only buying things I need (healthy food, textbooks for school, etc), am shopping my closet instead of the store, and have completed all of my scheduled workouts for a week and a half now! I've told a few of my close people as well to keep me accountable. This video was very helpful in continuing the motivation, thank you! :)

    New subscriber here. What is most inspiring is how comfortable you are with yourself. Time alone. Following routines when alone. Cooking for yourself. Taking care of yourself. When I’m alone I tend to just veg in my apartment and be on my phone and Netflix. Not a good idea. Looking forward to starting new routines with you.

    Ive been struggling with anxiety and depression since childhood and have been prescribed hundreds of medications that just give side effects i dont want.. Ive been trying to battle this on my own through therapy and self-help as well as videos like these. I just discovered your channel and can already feel more positive. I haven't had that in a long time...

    I remember finding you about a year ago and I watched you all the time. There's was about 6 months where I stopped and just recently I started watching again and you honestly motivate me so much.     Hi, Kalyn! This last year I've been with anxiety and all this stuff. Now I feel better, but I have a lot of bad habits that I really need to change to live better. Ex.: I want to wake up early, read, do exercise... The problem is that I am a little depress and fault of energy. Love your videos!!! 😘💜

    I'm 16 and I had 2 jobs. I got fired from my favorite job and lately I've been sad about it and just watching your videos and it's made me more motivated and feel better. I've been stress spending lately and I'm gonna stop that and get on my two feet and stop feeling sorry for myself and find a job I love and not spend money on any foods, clothes or makeup. Thank you for keeping me motivated :)

    You always seem to post just what I need! Your last few videos have been such an inspiration for me to really change my lifestyle into what I want it to be. I'm working on creating a more in depth plan to better help me achieve my goals and finally launching my blog to help keep me accountable! The big habits I want to break are staying up late and eating super sporadically throughout the day. I'm planning on setting a schedule that involves a morning routine, eating at certain times in the day, and a before bed routine that I start at the same time everyday.

    I recently moved out on my own and took up some old bad habits such as binge eating before I go to bed. I don't have any friends where I moved and probably won't be seeing them for a while so in my mind it was okay to lose my shit for a bit but it definitely does not feel good in the long term. I've been trying to break these habits but keep falling back into them and your video was just what I needed to get back on track! I've never thought of replacing the old habit with a better one but your idea of turning on some music and drawing is definitely something I'm going to try and I will get back in shape 💪🏻 this video was just what I needed! You have been such a motivational idol to me these past few years and I couldn't have done it without you! Love you Kalyn!! 💕

    Your videos always inspire me. Today I made a list of my bad habits that I want to quit. 1- stop eating fast food! Ever since I got to college, it's been my main source of food and it's so unhealthy. 2- I need to stop sleeping in. 3- eating when bored is one of my big ones too so I'm going to try your method and replace it with something like drawing or exercising.     Thank you so much for the great coffee talk ! Every time I listen to your videos, especially the chatty ones, I always feel so empowered to change something: my negative tendencies of seeing life when stressed, manage my stress better, exercise more regularly and for more than just a couple months, etc. You always push me to try harder, to find motivation within myself that I didn't know I had. By listening to this coffee talk, you made me realized that when I was not working, I was enjoying my time off at home sleeping and nexflixing instead of doing activities outdoors or exploring my city. I'm taking on your #habitchallenge and making sure to enjoy every bit of my days off to explore my city, participate in activities and get out there before heading back to school!

Honestly, improves your mood so much not seeing what everyone else is doing and comparing yourself to photos and you find so much more time to do more important stuff in life

    *Bad habits I want to change*
    1- Staying at home all day, because even if I'm an introvert person and I need my personal space and being alone sometimes I keep excusing myself with that for everything and being locked in my room everyday is not healthy at all.
    2- Snacking between foods. I have a real problem with food and I'm constantly eating no matter if I'm hungry or not.
    3- Being so influencial. This is one of my biggest struggles and idk if I should call it habit but I definitely need to change it. I let people around me change my opinion too easily without stopping for a moment and think and decide whether to agree or not, like if those persons had the absolute truth and they can't be wrong and I'm so insecure about everything that I let them influence me (idk if that makes any sense)
    I think that's all, then I have a lot of good habits I want to achieve and I'm so ready to start changing my life to better
