      Yeah it is pretty fun! I think there is a 21 flow ab workout there quite recently in the last couple months

    And this works so well with the 21 Flow Abs workout. A 42 Flow (25 min) full body get down 🏋🏻

    Really solid workout here. Used 15# throughout and didn’t set down the dumbbells. That puts a lot of extra strain on the firearms & grip. 4/30/23

    Not going to lie, 3kg weights started to feel like a kg was being added as we went along had to stop a few times 😂 thanking you kindly Mr Grant for another awesome butt kicking workout!!! 😁

    Can you do on of the days of Charly Bronson training from his book? There are not many fittness TH-camers who showed his training. And Bronson is an Englishman and you are an English man. So you could do this the best. For the glory of England 😊

    Holy S**T! That was amazing!! I felt lame for going with 10 lbs…..damn so glad I did!! Definitely fired up all the muscles AND I didn’t drop them once! I did throw them in the end 😉! Just kidding!! Thank you for another great workout….looking forward to the next one! 💪🏻💪🏻🔥
