Ingredients
Center Cut Salmon (skin removed & sliced)
Blue Cheese Crumbles
Blue Cheese Dressing
2 Tbsp Butter (or Olive Oil)
Microwavable Wild Rice - Microwave for 90 mins and let sit.
Blackened Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp Thyme
1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 Tsp Dried Basil
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (more if needed)
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Powder
Wash and pat dry Salmon
Remove Skin and Season on both sides
Cut into 4 slices
Heat skillet on medium heat, add butter
Add Salmon and cook on both sides for about 5 mins, or under done
When done plate over wild rice and add blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing
