    I only needed to see how to animate a tree that I have, and all tutorials teach you with native trees in blender, thank you for this, you saved me haha

    thanks a bunch! it was easy to follow and didnt take long. As a beginner who only does this as a hobby I can imagine that method to make the leaves move could work with water or maybe just jello/flan like material.

    For two days i've been searching for tree animation tutorial, and compared to all the videos i've seen, you're top 2 on realistic tree movement & top 1 on the easiest way to create tree animation. I'll be using your method. Thanks a lot.

    Thank you. I learned a lot in a single tutorial,more than many videos on youtube😂. That mesh and leaves on top is something amazing because i do that by "hand" rotating,cloning and moving, so your style save much more time and make it perfect. I want to use that for a tent and also basket with foods😮

    Hi pollygon runway, is there a way to animate trees from seedling to a full grown trees ?, I'm losing my mind exploring a way to make one😅

  • @user-jo8in9el2d
    @user-jo8in9el2d 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    When I tried to press alt + S + mouse wheel scroll down to proportionally scale the trunk, it doesn't work :( it just makes the section between the first and second verteces bigger, but not the rest of the tree, even when I scroll. it's like my mouse wheel isn't even there. and yes I have proportional editing enabled

    • @user-jo8in9el2d
      @user-jo8in9el2d 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      so I had to manually change the size of the proportional radius by pressing s and using trial and error testing with different values. then after setting the new proportional radius to be big enough I would try again. for some reason the mouse wheel would not increase my proportional radius. you also might have to click the left mouse button at the same time as scrolling, just something to try.

    It was a nice tutorial, but my good man, PLEASE say when you're switching modes. TH-cam's title display obscures the "Mode" setting in your video when viewing in full screen, so I always have to rewind 10 seconds so that it disappears by the time we get to the part I want to check. If you just announce "Going back to edit mode", it makes it a hundred times easier for the viewer.

    • @polygonrunway
      @polygonrunway  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I always say TAB in to edit mode, TAB out of the edit mode (or just TAB in and TAB out). Like 90% of the time
