Please don’t sacrifice your cultural language for the sake of the masses, that how it disappears. I find it so sad hearing my fellow brits change themselves just to be understood when really we are depriving others of being cultured. Plus if people are confused and ask questions in the comment it gets more interactions for your channel and allows your community to get involved in a lovely conversation about cultural differences.

I'm American but recognized that what you called Tea wasn't actually drinking tea (I'm thoroughly into British culture). But had I not, I would've just looked it up. I think it's fascinating to hear others with a different cultural language from me. Don't change!

Wow your garden has really grown since you and your husband done it last a couple of months ago . The knitted clothes were knitted beautifully . You can’t beat homemade winter knits.

Lovely as always. I love these nice and slow videos. Please don’t apologize for having baby related content on your channel. It’s lovely and more importantly…it’s your channel..your life. I’m American but my mother is British (accent and all even though she’s lived in the states for over 50 years) and we love to visit our family there and have a good chat over tea (aka dinner) so I knew what you meant 😉 This will be the perfect time to have your baby, the weather will be nice and cool and it will feel nice and cozy and you won’t have to worry too much about the garden and can concentrate on taking it easy with the baby.

I always say lunch and tea😊. Please do continue to say tea,that is your language. You are always saying that. Americans have their accents,you have your accent. There are different accents in different parts of England,Ireland,Scotland...it is fine,that's the way it is😊🌻❤.

Oh my goodness, I never realised you live so close to me. I recognised the pub at the beginning. I’m in Retford! Your garden is looking so beautiful, I love all the different colours and textures. Your little man is going to look so adorable in those clothes. I particularly love the handmade cardigan and blankets. I’m definitely ready for autumn. I’m “weird,” I really dislike the summer. Tea! I still remember the first night with my host family when I was doing a language course in Torquay when I was 15, and the mum asked me and my roommates (all of us Swedes) if we wanted tea. We all said “no thank you” because none of us liked tea. Well, we quickly realized our mistake when the family sat down to eat dinner. 😂 (I’m 46 now btw)

This was so relaxing to watch, just to come along with you for the day. I highly recommend this documentary. It's 50 minutes and follows 4 women who have very different births, from Elective C-Section all the way to an unassisted delivery on a boat. I think you will enjoy it.

I started watching Manifest because I saw you were watching it in a past vlog. Got so so into it but then realised only season 1 & 4 are on Netflix! I was so sad. Hopefully I can find 2 & 3 somewhere.
If you loved Manifest I fully recommend Fringe. Not sure where you can watch it but it’s so good!

Loved the wee Xmas jumper and trousers. So cute and lovely. Hand made clothes are great, used to really appreciate the time that people had put into them. Also loved to see the hello fresh and cooking it. Your garden is beautiful, the different plants are so lovely and having no garden now, I really miss it so love it when you walk around your plants. That pear tree is outstanding. I had what I thought was an apple and bramble crumble the other day but it was actually pear as the chef had no apples. It was really lovely.

It's tea here in sunderland too, definitely already feels like autumn. Getting dark by 8.30 don't really feel like we have had a summer this year. My 5th grandchild was born on Tuesday 3rd baby boy and I think boys clothes are so cute when they are little x

I am interested in starting my own TH-cam channel as well. From the viewpoint of a 40 year old single mom now turned empty nester and learning now to navigate this whole new stage in life. I’d like to know what camera you use, what film editing software you use, thumbnail created, etc. I love your content and it inspired me.
As a crocheter turned knitter, try left handed knitting if you’ve had trouble learning to knit. It seems to be the only way I can knit since I started crocheting first. Good luck!!!
Fabulous collection of clothes and I am sure squidge will be awesomely cute ....oh the red flower towards the end of your garden tour is Crocosmia. Or easier to say Montbretia from the iris family of flowers. X
Kay if you want to learn to knit I would recommend getting started now before your little boy is here! You just need to learn a few basic stitches and practice it a bit, then you basically know everything about knitting! If you can dedicate an afternoon to some TH-cam videos the hard learning will be done, it might be so lovely after he is here to have a simple project you can just pick up and knit on while feeding, snuggling, etc - but you won’t have the brain space to learn then! 😅. (For knitting socks the traditional way is with a set of double pointed needles but those can be finicky and get dropped, some people really like 9-inch circular needles as they don’t have to mess around with loose needles. Just a tidbit for you!) 🧶

Please do continue to say "Tea" or "Teatime". I live in Ireland. I grew up with dinner in the middle of the day and tea at 6 o'clock. I think the younger generation are calling the evening meal dinner now, sadly. Tea sounds more normal to me!

Do the cats stay away from sweet pea? I have a 5 month old rag doll girl named pixie and had planted sweet pea before getting her so nervous of letting her in garden as I also have foxglove and both are toxic to cats? Lovely vlog and gorgeous baby haul - the blankets are stunning x
