I did 1/2 cup each of the brown sugar and granulated sugar, a couple pinches of salt, about a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon (I also did a dash of cinnamon sugar) a few drops of vanilla extract, 1-2 tablespoons of water with the egg white and it turned out yummy. His look nice and dry but mine ended up more on the sticky side (I think I went overboard with drizzling them with the mixture, they were kinda swimming in it lol!!!); but once they cooled down, I broke them apart and lightly chopped em up. I also tried them in my oatmeal and loved it.

Actually, NOBODY pronounces it correctly. It's actually "Peh Can" Pe in front of most words is the lower case sound but not Pah or Pee. Can is just "can", not "Cahn or Cane". So the actually sound is Pehcan.
