    QiGong does work. I am being healed from a ten year battle with social anxiety using QiGong, meditation, breath work, yoga and exercise. A clean diet and ethical living is also important.

    That is our biggest problem, we believe what we are told. It is so simple but nobody can figure it out. Nobody is going to lay gold on the sidewalk,, that is what information is at its finest. If you want the good information you're going to have to do some digging on your own before you come to a conclusion

    I do believe that our bodies are perfectly designed to completely heal its self, but I don’t think that we have evolved enough master that. But I have faith that one day we will.

    I enjoy the theoretical course of breathing exercises, but it's not a Qigong. Qigong is a gem of the traditional Chinese regimen, using special technique of movements controlled by our brain to stimulate Qi ( energy ) flowing along our body systematic meridians to clean blood vessels from blood clots to reach the ultimate physical and mental balance, anti-aging process and prolong our lives. Achieving Qigong benefit needs years practice under strict instructions. Thanks.

      As well as Jeff Chand, Ken Cohen, Effie CHOW, early videos of Cheyne Towers, also an adept hypnotist, of course brother master Chunyi Lin and all the people at TCM healing center in Los Angeles....
      The sheer truth is that 氣 ,chi is the beautiful powerfilled source energy for all healing and Chinese Chigong is the ideal enhancement for all the career bright eyed kids that come into allopathic western medicine.....
      Furthermore, all new kids should then go for training in the Andrew Weil center for Integrative medicine....

      And yet many Americans cannot connect mentally with what they put in their body. From the Sad American Diet to the frightening garbage of TV and the internet. Cannot connect.

    After being with my family and not getting covid, a personal over driver had covid and said they could not make the trip, I said I can't get it so I can be with you, she took me 6 hours there and pick me up two days later and we drove six hours back in a two-seat car ,I never got covid., I think there are different levels of 0 negative blood, sounds funny but like different strengths , one through 10, LOL. Nothing would surprised me these DAYZ

    Roar into a towel if you don't want to be heard. tap the feet hard with socks to help sleep. then take socks off

    you are not doing it right. dont' just do the movement, feel you body and your breathing. go slow and make it right is better
