Schwinn Sting Ray Bicycle powered by 80cc 2cycle Bike Motor Kit

Reviewing my sons project; a Schwinn Sting Ray bicycle with a 88cc Bicycle Motor Kit. This kit fits most regular bicycles, including the retro looking Schwinn Sting Ray. I have included the links to the parts we used on this project.

One a two stroke, the pipe is probably the most important component to make power. See if you can find a pipe with an expansion chamber. You won't believe the difference it makes 👍🏻👍🏻

The muffler flex piping we used is very poor quality so for its replacement we will look for something like your suggesting.

Did you guys also get the mount for the motor? I don't see it in the listing on amazon. Thanks.

The engine mount came from Ebay. You may find that engine mount on ebay.com Search for ebay item #: 174907780346

@@crankytuber I actually bought a kit and a mount for one of these bikes because I had the bike already. I started to put it together and could not fit the sprocket on the hub. How did you fit yours on?

The sprocket is mounted to the spokes of the rear rim with rubber disk included with the kit.

No brakes or pedals?

He messed up the brakes cuz they were hitting on the new rear tire sidewalls.

Its currently straight piped which makes it sound absolutely amazing.
