  • Dawyck Botanic Garden, found in the picturesque hills of the Scottish Borders, is a world renowned arboretum home to some of Britain's oldest and tallest trees. The Silver Fir, Dawyck's oldest tree, is nearly 350 years old!
With an almost continental climate, plants thrive from as far afield as China, Nepal and Chile. In the summer months, you can enjoy the vivid Azalea Terrace, the Himalayan Blue Poppy and late-flowering Rhododendrons.
Plan your visit and discover more about the globally important plant collection, including many threatened species of Rhododendrons, the Multi-stemmed Douglas Fir and the critically endangered Sicilian Fir, as well as vital conservation work taking place: rbge.cc/Dawyck
