In this documentary we look into the life and career of visionary Italian and AC Milan coach Arrigo Sacchi.
Sacchi’s AC Milan team of the late 1980s and early 1990’s is considered to be one of the best, if not THE best, club sides of all-time.
He won the Italian league title in his debut season with Milan, and then dominated European football by winning back-to-back European Cups in 1989 and 1990.
For 5 years he was manager of the Italian national team and led them to the World Cup Final in USA in 1994 - losing to Brazil in a penalty shoot-out.
Sacchi is regarded as one of the greatest managers of all time and is credited with, not only changing the entire style of Italian football, but also influencing great modern managers such as Josep Mourinho, Pep Guardiola, Carlo Ancelotti, Rafael Benitez, Maurizio Sarri and Jurgen Klopp.
