I think most people around here either know someone who worked there or worked there themselves, when I started in 76 there was 40 thousand people working at Dagenham Ford when I left in 2000 there was about 8 thousand workers left , Engine plant is still there !
@@kevinb897 I did't work for Ford, but in the 80's some of my good friends did, and I had many a good time in the FSSC. It's upsetting to see it demolished..
I had some good friends who worked there, it's so sad to see it bulldozed.
