BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY MASTER COURSE I am creating my boudoir photography master course. There are many great courses out there already. Something has to make my course different than others. To make this course the ultimate boudoir photography course, I need your help to tell me what you did not find in other courses and how can we, together, make this course better. If you fill out the questionnaire, you will receive 50% OFF ;) If you only sign up, you will get 30% OFF ;) If you don't do any of the above, I will still love you :) Here is the LINK to the SIGN UP page: www.believeinboudoir.com
@@yuliyapanchenko I am a fan of you & your photography. I would like to know more about lighting and its influence on models, how to enphatize on models mood and their beauty as well. Many thanks, Yuliya.
The beginning of your video is 100% like the headshots - It takes less than 7 seconds before a decision ... I made my decision to subscribe in 3 :-) . Speaking of jackets, Yuliya, your jacket you are wearing is FABULOUS!!! Can you please tell me where you purchased that? "Play an asshole" ... "Look here, I will tell you how to take photos" ... For a FACT I'm positive she deals with clients exactly like that because I surely do lol.
Yuliya, thank you for injecting a little levity in the beginning. I very much enjoy these lighter moments you put into your videos and still maintain such excellent content . Great model too. He is the kind of guy you would not mind meeting up for a beer sometime. Best wishes on your career Steven !
Thank you so much for another great comment. I am trying to still keep my videos entertaining or fun and at the same time informative. I would like to know what other contents would you like to see on my channel.
Thank you so much. Steven and I have worked on commercials, so we are pretty close :) In this video I used Gravity Backdrops. They are amazing backdrops and I love them. However, recently I was able to get deals for my followers from a different company, “Clot Studio”. they are affordable and my followers get 40% off (code: YULIYA40). Here is my video on 5 tips about backdrops: th-cam.com/video/sqQBx0chFZA/w-d-xo.html Please let me know you thoughts on both if you have use any before. I would love to hear back Alex.
Thank you for watching. I think I added the camera setting information on each image. I am using a Nikon D850 and a 2-3 point lighting setup. The power of main lighting is about 60%, which is at 120-160 Watts. And the rim is 1/3 of that.
This is great! So what settings you used for your camera as well as flashes? This is what bothers me and makes me nervous doing studio photography because my studio photos tend to look like a photo taken without flash but strong light shining towards the subject so I guess harsh light.
It really all depends on the power of the light, distance, and quality of the light. I would say the best is to use a Sekonic light meter. Later, you will get use to your lights and studio and know exactly where and how to position your lights. Trust me, studio lighting was my biggest fear ever :)
I fell into doing headshots for actor master classes put on my long time friend, who is a stage, film and TV actor...6 years in her current role on a national tv police drama as the least female, and 14 feature films as lead character. We formed a joint business of staging 2-3 day master classes several times a month for established stage actors who want to transition to film. We usually have 20-60 actors in each class and invite a casting director or film director to give a advice when actors do 2 pages of scrip, Usually good stage actors, within 3 takes, with suggestions by the director, to change their projection from 13 rows out to 2 meters out where the camera is. They all get head and full length photos, plus a a 1 minute video introduction to send, and if desired, the final version of the short scene. I do a lot of portraiture and additional work for the actors, 80% are female, for personal photos for their portfolio and have done some boudoir style which are always fun because they really feel good seeing them and the whole experience. I have an excellent Makeup artist and dress and we make it a pampering session. Where I have moved to from my native California, 8,000 miles away the rates have to be much lower but the cost of living is very low. I am bases now in St Petersburg Russia which is a captital of the arts, ballet, threater, opera etc which is where my clients are in. Some transition from being a recording engineer and major studio owner for 25 years before moving out of the country.
Thanks for making this video. It's inspiring to see. Also your humor helps while watching. I've done stand up comics, who always need head shots. They really get into it, lots of fun. As well as B horror movies. Again the actress and actors are covered in fake blood, but really play it up. Last, it's great to see the poses, I've done them too, like the chair. Helps reassuring my posing. 👍
muy buenas fotos..the shadow on the neck or collar could be eliminated with a reflector//silver one..now I like your video ..I could see the final results//...
Cool video for sure, but I would love to see about editing headshots. It's been my experience, at least with male headshots casting directors don't want a lot of photoshop or post processing they want them to look like them.
Hello Mark, Thank you so much for your comment. I do very minimal editing for actor headshots. As you mentioned, directors want to see headshots with little edit. On the other hand, the actors need to get the casting director's attention in couple of seconds. Basically, I make them look good, but not fake :))
@@escolasempreviva Not even google translate can read this lol I usually use the google translate for most languages, but it never reads Nelson’s :) I would love to know what he says though :) maybe you van help me Escola?

I love your videos but I just want to mention that you spent almost 5 min of the video steaming a jacket. It just seems like an unnecessary waste of time. Rest of the video was really great though so thank you.
