2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oil
275g white rice (cooked)

Bro, looking for a quick high protein asian meal that only needs 5 ingredients? Well I got you with this Honry Garlic Chicken. Cut up 300 grams of chicken thigh and season with your least favorite spices. Next for the suace add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of honey. Add one tablespoon of oil and toss in 3 cloves of minced garlic. About 15 seconds later start frying your chicken until it's 90% done. Then simply add your sauce and fry for for another 2 minutes making sure that sauce coats the chicken. All you need to do left is serve on some fluffy white rice.
