    36.00
    CBT basic technique-T1
    T1-Dysfunctional mood record
    1Date/time-
    2Situation/event /environment-
    3Mood/emotion-
    मैं कमरे में चली गई रोने लगी, दरवाजा बंद कर लिया और मेरा कुछ खाने को दिल नहीं कर रहा
    bus I m depressed
    4Dysfunctional thought{ क्यों कि
    यह आपमे -ve mood पैदा करती है}
    (self talk)-
    Mood के दौरान अपने आप से क्या कह रहे हैं इसको discover करें, Dekhen what is the self talk,what r the thinking during this moment
    -MY MOTHER DOESN'T LOVE ME
    क्योंकि मेरी अम्मी मुझे प्यार नहीं करती इसलिए मुझे जिंदा रहने का कोई हक नहीं है
    और इसलिए मैं मर ही क्यों ना जाऊं
    5Alternative thought-
-my mother doesn't love me is that TRUE???
Clint totally believe kar le toh
My mother actually does love me
    6Mood/emotion-ok
    39.00-T2
    Activity scheduling-
    40.00-T3
    Behavioural experiment-
    41.30-T4
    Entroseptive exposer -
    43.00-T5
    Play the script until the end (What iff
    वैसे भी इस दफा तैयारी अच्छी नहीं थी, अगली बार ज्यादा अच्छी तैयारी कर लूंगा may b I can even get better grade
    Ok
    U see script ko end tak play kare toh vo jo what iff hai na उसमें से जान निकल जाती है, और हम कहते हैं so what iff, क्या होगा, ज्यादा से ज्यादा क्या होगा?
    Behaviour technique
    44.00-T6
    PMR(progressive muscle relaxation
    44.10-T7
    Fact checking/Reality checking
    He went home , he looked arround and he said-मुझे लगता है कि आप ठीक कह रहे हैं कि ye ek dillusion hai, क्योंकि मैंने check किया और मुझे कैमरे नहीं मिले तो वाकई है मेरा मजरूफा था हकीकत नहीं थी|

    Rational Believe-
I should forgive him,
