This man talking about "I'm not the most talented guy, I'm not the best producer", yet he's the reason why I continue to find my purpose in producing. He's the reason as to why I decided to not give up. You ARE the most talented and you ARE a dope producer🔥. TableGang.
Your growth and journey is incredible. Not just that but you’ve kept grounded, consistent and on the grind without having a messed up work/life balance. Love how you breakdown the formula, as an aspiring producer, thank you.
Hip dozer is my next goal. I actually recently signed a music distribution contract (non exclusive) and I also do self releases and work with other lofi labels, so I’ve been seeing how these labels and other playlists (got one editorial this year), it’s crazy how much options there are and opportunities to get your music heard man. Keep up the good work ❤️
I love how you discuss how you laid the ground work and really how you talk about being everywhere. I think for most of us starting out this seems like a daunting task that's unattainable but really it's all the baby steps that lead to numbers like this
congratulations! I've been a producer for about 4 years of another genre and I'm not complaining, it's going well for me and I have my events and stuff, but I always wanted to enter the world of lofi, this year I will dedicate myself 100% to being successful in this field! Good luck for all of you!
Dawg, you deserve everything you got this year! Thank you for being such an inspiration to the lofi community. Stay confident y'all, efforts always pay off in the end 💯
Congrats!! I love your transformation from doing music in a garage to your impact you are having one the world right now.. Damn son thats truly inspiring!
Congratulations bro u deserved it 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 it's so nice to watch your journey and great content since years how you achieve all of this just with the Love of music Next year over 100 Mio and many more Streams....
Thank you! You did more than motivate me ... I'm not a Lo-Fi guy, Wretched Pinhead Puppets is more of a alt-rock band ... yet all your advice works across all genres ... I'm approaching 500k streams and I feel like I'm just getting started! Thank you again, Jimmy!
So fire bro. Super inspiring. Consistency, self belief and experimentation go a long way! I would LOVE to see a track breakdown for “Maniac”!! Even if it’s just a little reel or something. Love that song. Keep doing you bro!!!!! 🌴🌴🌴🌴
Okay, so like... When I was in high school(I'm 29), I would have never dreamed that this was even possible without a label. I was always that kid trying to write music in my bedroom because I purely just loved to do so. I stopped playing and creating seriously for years, but LoFi blew up while I was finishing my bachelors degree. Even though, I've graduated I still listen to it constantly. Now that I have more free time I've started to produce again. The LoFi community has been so chill and helpful. In short, thanks for all you do. You and others have inspired me to put myself out there. I hope you have a great new year with your music and creative process.
Congrats bro! Huge respect for the work you put in. Thank you for sharing the journey too it’s helps people like me at the start of it! Daunting but seeing that as you say keep consistent, keep progressing, keep spreading wider. Big love and God bless x
Loved this video! Especially how you touch on building the groundwork through consistency and tenacity. I am sure those first 3 years weren't easy but you stuck with it. My production team had a few releases last year, none moved until the third drop and now that track has been added to a few thousand playlist, including H&M's instore music...you're right you have no idea what's going to pop!
I drop a SONG EVERYWEEK. I now have 47 songs. One thing about being consistent is how your music improves, not just lyrically, but sonically. My mixes are beginning to sound better, and i just unlocked a cheat code in mastering, that has changed how i create my music now. I said it here first, 2022, don't be surprised when you see one of my songs on the billboards, cos something is definitely about to pop off. STAY CONSISTENT. Thank you for your content L.Dre
Your are a legend bro! I just drop my first lofi album . And I have to be honest, “ Steven universe “ is one of my best favorite songs . Thanks for inspiring me with the lofi vibes!! Congratulations and happy birthday!
Seeing your channel for the first time. Instant subscribe. I like your vibe (and the actual music). I have only released one song so far. December last year. I'm pretty sure no one besides friends/family/co-workers heard of it, because I'm new to the whole promotion thing. I'm aiming to get at least 8 songs under my belt, before I really start promoting anything. At the current rate, that takes 4 years anyway, with all the adulting and 9-5ing around it, lol.
Congrats on the big year! 🙏 Your mindset combined with the work ethic is pure gold, you definitely earn all the success you've achieved 🌟 To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised at all if you crushed that 65M mark on Spotify next year 😏
My Rileyy Smith Beats channel just got into its first Big playlist (500k +) the other day, I'm slowly making moves and love making lofi, thanks L.Dre for the inspiration, your one of the Goats in the Lofi scene for sure
Very interesting great info. Never new this type of music promotion was out there. But I'm watching this from Puerto Vallarta and you look like you are in an area where it's really cold!! You should shed the coats and come on down. Lots a great musicians here.
Great video, I watched all of your marketing videos and the were super helpful. It's honest and straightforward 🔥 thanks! I also really loved the remix tutorial videos!
I like what you do, I like your persona. I've made music for 50 years and record and produce my own originals in my home studio. Needless to say, I'm an old guy... but young at heart! I use Cakewalk/Sonar. Still I can't seem to find that "Punch" in my recordings. I've been searching for Mixing and Mastering info to no avail. Any tips on that? Thanks, keep it up, wish you the best!
Huge question, L.Dre. How did you clear the Steven Universe song? Distrokid will allow you to pay $12 a year for any song that you cover, but it doesn’t allow samples. Is the Steven Universe track considered a cover? It does contain a sample of his voice I believe, so I’m not sure if that would be considered a sample. Any help on this from you or anyone else reading this will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for all the love this year❤️ Check out my new EP '24' ffm.to/ldre24.oyd
My Spotify looks like it’s going true the 2022 Covid 999 wave
Col L' Dre but how much did you make? COME ON man! LOL!
Need some help
Dope EP 🔥!! If you ever need guitar samples bro 🙏

Thanks I appreciate that !!
Watching your growth over the years is truly inspiring. Ur gonna double those numbers next year bro. Congrats g
Appreciate that bro 🙏🏽

The key to getting playlist is being consistent on Spotify and pitching each song well before time. If your beat is quality you will get it
Pitching songs to playlists before releases?
