Great video! My artist just finished up the entire lower portion of my leg, below the knee, for my leg sleeve. The most painful spots for me were ankle and knee ditch ☠️
For me the stirnun was worse than ribs, armpit, back of the knee basically anywhere, but I did get gyno surgery and got quite a bit of liposuction on my chest so that did mess with the nerves in the area a bit. For the most part I do agree with the chart. Outer arm and back of the calf were not bad at all though it was spicy getting to the back of the knee, I've not gotten hands, feet, forearms, neck of head tattooed at all so can't judge on those ones. When tattooing I've had one person tap out on his forearm but I was tattooing over some pretty severe scarring
Just had a 6 hour session, and this is 100% accurate. After the 4,5 to 5 hours mark, my body just started giving up, and the pain was getting more and more unbearble. A big factor here was that around 3 hours in, we started on the elbow and underside of the arm, down to the wrists, and it was so god damn painful that after that, every part of my arm which earlier didnt hurt, now felt like pure agony.
Great watch. Im getting my first tattoo this week . Back of the calf .Nervous as hell lol . Whats your thoughts on numbing cream . Reading tat artists dont like it if the customer uses it?
Surely hurts. But also puts me in a meditation mood and I love it. So I think we can also appreciate the moment and the feeling... Maybe not for everybody haha
My first tattoo was the forearm. Tiny and didn't hurt at all. Gave myself a stick and poke on my foot, never again. Now I'm getting my next tattoo upper thigh and I'm preparing myself tonight lol. It's only small, so I'll be fine.
In my experience: don't back off a tattoo in fear of the pain. My first tattoo was a huge piece from my chest over my ribs to my thigh- some places do hurt more than others, but it's moreso a thing of time. The longer your tattoo takes, the more itll hurt.
You no what ben I have back of my knee tattooed and the pain was crazy I felt like saying I pay for the job I'm off 😂😂😂my outer arm wasnt to bad had 8 hours from my wrist to my elbow where the crease is i have hard skin the first 5 6 were not to bad but last 2 hours my body had had enough then i left it 4 weeks then had my other session which was 7 hours again wasnt to bad but after many hours was not nice when come arm pit was painful yes also have my neck done i found thst more uncomfortable a little pain but got there. In the end but there worth it after finised I'm already on other parts as we speak 🗣️ I have a great artist Zach who is brilliant ur spot on with more aless ur comments great video Ben
agree on the chart regarding front of thigh i have tattooed both mine myself panther on one and clipper ship on the other and found it nips near top of leg where skin is thinner but otherwise no to bad and bicep area didn't bother me at all.
To be honest it's painful but it's a bearable pain to a certain point like you said I've got my chest done and towards the armpits and sturnam and nipple that's a stinger
Okay guys be real do you think Tattoos Hurt? 😳
Thank you Ben for all that you have provided past and present. 👊

If you have one on your lower are by your hand did it hurt what do you rate the pain?
Totally get what you mean! It's all part of the ride. Just think about how cool it’ll look when it’s all done!

Wow, it sounds like you've been on quite the tattoo journey! It's amazing how much pain we can endure for art that we love.
Yes absolutely
i appreciate you watching buddy!
My wrist tattoo was bearable until it got to the little antenna on the Robot’s head, which went up into the palm skin.

Back of my forearm was absolutely miserable, i agree with the wrist being a sharp pain, but inner bicep wasn't too bad
I had my hole chest and arm done after you feel so drasey
Why was there no mention of the shins 😂mine really hurt going over the shin bone but rest of the leg around it was fine
Thanks for watching!
My tattoo pain on my inner arm wasn't that bad. Just a scratch feeling. But it start to hurt towards the end.
Hi, thanks for your comment! Glad to hear it wasn't to bad for you overall!
@BenFisherOfficial thank you.
You are welcome
I tattooed one female foot in my short apprenticeship and was lucky I could even get it done at all, I nearly got kicked multiple times 😂
haha thanks for watching!

thanks for watching, i appreciate the comment mate!
My shin...jesus christ! That was bloody painful!
yeah painful that one
I don't 100 percent agree with the pain chart. One example being my ankle. That was excruciating.
yes i agree 😳 ankles are painful
First one!!!
Congratulations 🥂
And second hahaha
