Cost of Fencing one plot of land in Nigeria 2024 depends on several factors such as the location,
size of the plot, type of fence, and cost of materials and labor in that area.
However , this video highlights the cost of fencing a plot of land in Lagos, Nigeria, which I wanted to share with you.
UNLIKE the typical fence constructed with blocks, this fence was uniquely cast with granite and iron, providing a more robust and durable structure.

Please watch the video again, the cost for fencing was estimated to be around 5-6m while that of sand filling will cost about 6m too.
So, the amount you quoted is for both sand filling and fencing up to the road level.

The cost of materials is high, Iron rod is almost 3m, the cement costs 8k per bag, and u need almost 200 bags, we have formwork and labor. The higt of the fence will define the number of block.
How much is blocks if you are to buy them, how many blocks do you need?? 6 to 7 million is too much.
Although blocks would be significantly cheaper, this 1.2m fence was casted, prioritizing durability over cost savings.
2024 people still carrying cement on their heads. Una nor get sense ??
