As christians, God's will is for us to have abundance. If a pastor is doing this , he has done no wrong. Infact all of them Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Solomon and others were big boys in their own time.

How much is a square metre of land presently in banana iisland and what the minimum one can buy for flipping purpose
Square meter in banana Island is currently between 1.5m-1.8m.
You can buy as little as 600sqm. Although land for sale in banana Island is scarce at the moment because of high demand.

I appreciate your analysis but your opinion about the people in the diaspora was very poor. You will be well informed and settled in advance before anything is done to your property, and acquiring any land or building document is not so complicated here in the diaspora as they do in Nigeria. We should always be sincere to ourselves, which is our major problem today in Nigeria.

Nigerians in diaspora have nasty stories to tell with their investments in Nigeria and I think greedy family members and friends have a large role to play in that.
So, we can’t really blame them for how they act.
Nigerians in the diaspora have always had the habit of sourcing for cheap properties to purchase and that is one big reason they get into trouble. They don't bother about the genuiness of the property but more interested on how cheap it is and how they can aquire much land/ property for little money. Who does that.

You made some important point but those your development…. Also, you’re selling land that you know that the buyers will never be granted permit for because of the classification, that’s unscrupulous of you. You can have a class action against you when those ignorant buyers find out that they can’t secure the necessary documents from the government.
Stick to what you know. Stop spewing ignorance confidently.
He never said the papers cannot be obtained. He only said it's cheaper if done individually rather than as a group
@@koyabob3802 why not ask him what that area is designated as? If they can assist buyers to obtain documents, why didn’t he obtain the documents for the place first before selling to people. When the government start demolishing, buyers will start screaming.
@@DURUBOND by law, you’re selling what you do not own. If you don’t have the documents and it’s not your ancestral land, you can’t sell it. You can be sued. Do the right thing, you’re smart and intelligent.

Ogun state, Ibadan and the likes will be eventually blow up. Civilization and development is really what breeds value.
When we used to sell Epe in
2019, it was as good as dead. I’m talking when the roads were sh*t and our cars got stuck for hours. We’d spend HOURS in traffic, deal with all sorts of body pains and then spend days at the mechanic’s.
I could count with my fingers, at the time, how many developers were in Epe. They were all fixated on Ibeju-Lekki. They literally mocked us for being in Epe. They didn’t see the treasure that was within and it made it even harder to sell. Epe was “far” to everyone.
Today, there are a zillion developers in Epe and this has contributed largely to the skyrocketed value of Epe, asides the newly fixed road.
The same thing is already happening in Ibadan and Ogun state. Just stay observant.
This was why I gave the example with my parents. Real estate is about timing.
My father bought Ikorodu in his 40s, he’s 70 and Ikorodu hasn’t matured yet. Did the value appreciate? Yes.
But not as much as if he had bought some other locations.
Everyone is free to do what they want.
All of you casting Pst Matthew are unwise bcoz you're reasoning according to your poverty mentality. Kg Solomon was richer than pst Matthew as an OT.
