What I hate about farming grinds is that the old b10's used to be the highest level dungeons, then they introduced b12's, and then abyss hard. Yet r5 is still the highest level you can farm ever since these dungeons were introduced. So basically r5 is still at the level of old b10s, which is now equivalent to b8, while rune farming is 4 levels above that at abyss hard.
Odds of getting an INTANGIBLE grind are SO extremely slim - I was hunting an intangible atk% grind and it took me 4k crystals for ONE to drop. Blowing crystals on R5 is SUCH a waste with these events ongoing, but I really needed it to finish my speed team.
Honestly would just love to see R6 with the removal of blue grinds (same with beasts tbh). Remember when they removed 5* runes from Giants and it was like one of the best changes there was. Currently farming GB12. I should farm grinds but I feel like I spend more time selling grinds to free up storage. Also when you click on a grind and use the "Enchant" button it should really show runes from lowest to highest in that stat. Makes no sense that my already grinded runes show up before ungrinded runes since I mostly wanna look at runes with no grinds..
I would argue 5* runs haven't been removed from the rune dungeons. Everytime I get a rune craft material, I am essentially getting a fraction of a 5* blue rune....
I'd rather not an R6, which will take longer to complete per run. Instead, they should divide the grinds into separate reward pools, similar to gems, or how materials for ancient runes are obtained based on dimension dungeons. The boss could be the same, just provide an option prior to battle to select which grind pool to pull from.
imo, speed grind should be a set number based on rarity white = 1 green = 2 blue = 3 purple = 4 legendary = 5 Because it feels way to fucking bad to get a spd vio or swift once every full moon only for it to roll +4 for the 6th time
I wouldn't mind if it's the current range of substats but every grind is a guaranteed upgrade. Like worst case 2 purple for +4 and 1 leg for +5 or 2 leg for +5 for the worst case scenario
I would be happy if they made it so that gems/grinds always increase by at least 1. So if you're grinding ATK% and it's already at +6%, a legend grind would give you +7-10%
I think a good change would be to make r5 function like the hall of magic and just have a different pool for each day of the week. That way if you need something specific you can just grind out r5 on a specific day. Make weekends be like a choose a day type deal so you have 3 total days in a week you can farm for a specific type. Have a pool be Swift/Revenge/Seal/Destroy and another be Despair/Nemesis/Fight/Shield, etc. Granted, I am relatively new to the game so I'm not sure this is something long time players would want but I think it would be a decent change to allow for slightly more control over what you get.
1) They should implement raid rift of 5 different elements with 5 specific Gems each or a raid rift dungeon that specifically drops 5 different specific gem each day. 2) Grims\gems minimum rolls should increase eg 7-10 like you said. most of my legend gems rolls as a 5 or 6, so it is not random com2us must has set a higher % on those minimum rolls. eg speed Gem has 75% to roll as 3 and 25% as 4. 3) The dimension beasts rewards for lvl 5 should be up greatly. getting so much 5* and magic rewards. It should be 6* rare to legendary only as the dimension hole energy is very limited and remove the phase of the beast or decrease it to at least 2 phases.
15:50 they should cap the stacks, not the total amount. For a player to manage this stuff by themselves properly they should be gemming and grinding everything and then keep a stack based on preference when they get a new rune for the least used sets, except this way you don't need to use a grind/gem Sell Exclusion at all. They could even have a specific number to distribute the cap for each set if they're greedy. I bet it's also much less efficient to storage 3k values and show them as stacks for equal items than storing 23 values of maximum 2 digits but I didn't do the math so maybe I'm wrong with this one.
Good idea to cap each stack instead. That's basically how the new monster storage is managed and we have way more units in the game than the variety of enchants, so it's definitely an easy change for them to implement. Even if each type was capped at 99 instead of 999, it wouldn't be a storage burden for the server..
What was explained to me about grinds not stacking is that they'd have to convert the current system to the new one and it's not exactly trivial and it can go very wrong with a mistake (but backing up exists). I personally think they should rip the band aid off and just do it. But I can see why from a business PoV why they'd just never want to do it.
I did an account speedrun just to see how fast you could progress during the Witcher event. I had a team running solo r5 consistently in 12 days. 27-35 second average since I utilized BJR5 in my middle team. They for sure need to make either stronger content or give us better rates.
I'm actually farming r5 and rift raid all out for a few months now... Just maxing EVERY rune I own and maxing my rune eff. Not the smartest for sure but I already achieved all my goals except rta ofc
i think the best way to do it is to make a different raid for different grind, so instead of farming r5 you could farm r5 ice water where it has rage endure and and a few other grinds and you should have it so its a cap on unique grinds so they don't take up storage past the first one in the stack
I'm still relatively new in the game and I'm already complentating if I should really waste my crystals for R5 or just try to get another quadroll instead. Just sucks if you get a juicy rune and you can't grind it..

After that if nothing special happens its actually that mindless giants farming again. Dragons, I only care about vio SFah is just too much rng with resists on the buffblocks spiritual realm is just fight (until i get a zerath or some shit) r5 for me is just once every blue moon hardcore spam if they improve this stuff. Idk like rework endure, focus, etc. to make them better sets (like up the rune effect resistance from endure to +50res or something), do the thing you proposed a couple of times already where debuffs in pve are guaranteed once you hit a certain acc threshold and introduce a harder raid with better rewards. I really think these three changes (plus maybe a speed up on boss animations like necro) would completely fix every point of critism towards farming content
I really want the ability to combine grinds into a "super grind" which always yields the max value. So maybe you have to combine 3 or 4 grinds but then you get a grind that guarantees you the max value. Also something that would help getting the grind for the set you want is if when you sold a grind you got a "beast claw piece". Which would be some small portion of a beast claw so that you can break down the grinds from the trash sets into grinds you want.

They need to just change the way gem and grind storage works you should be able to hold like 99 of each individual gem/grind type and rarity. The current system is so tedious because I never have them gems/grinds I need, I can never actually farm because my storage is full, yet anything I sell feels like I'm wasting something I'll probably need eventually.

Well, you look at the HELL to find an ancient grind that is not useless. Then you look at the Hell to find a red grind in r5. Then it rolls minimum most of the times. Simply, summoning with money and get the good stuff from the shop with dupes every week is what the game pushes for us. Expecially because most of us don't even farm dark beast for gems anymore.

Tell me some monsters who you´d run with seal? I have some good seal runes, but only can think of a handful, where it makes sense. Moore..okay Any other stripper with multihits Aoe Multihits (CP, Occult Girls) Iris, Antares Dont think there are many other monsters where you´d want to use seal. But feel free to enlighten me. Even in the listed ones, I don´t think seal is best choice all the time.
@benjaminmesserer2471 so monsters I have on seal are a lot of my stripers that also hit. Wind robo, light joker dark Chun li. My loren is actually a swift seal, too. My water indra is double seal will. Those cookie run monsters that have the aoe skill 1, thos work good. I have the light one, and he's double seal will. And Frankenstein I think works great double seal, will. They have such a high chance to stun, and with double seal, there is a high chance to seal the enemy runes so they can't proc out of it. I'm out of good fast seal right now, or I'd have my fire robo swift seal too.

i did farm giants for a while but i dont have a teshar for a easy spd team even my alt can do it easy cause it has teshar so my avg is pretty slow on main and my rage runes arent good cause i dont farm it to make the other gbah as well as dbah so rn farming necro for rage and will runes. but farming necro hella slow avg 30mins for 30 runs havent gotten a single rage rune that good got some will though.
Let's hope in the "big update" coming up cuck2us listens to the community. A lot of streamers speak for all of us because there voice can be herd easier. I rotate what I farm I do 3 month intervals the last 6 months of 2023 I farmed artifacts, January farmed giants for 3 months, and I'm currently on my 3 months of necro for will runes. Next is dragons. I do random raid days during the period of farming the 1 dungeon. I farm from 4am-10pm mon-sun.
Giants because my swifts are garbage... And not because I never farm giants, my swifts just refuse to quadroll. Except 1, which rolled +16 on a 4 base roll so yea

Honestly, I don't stress about it as much anymore, especially after you broke down the RNG for procs. Some days are crap, and some days are just close to alright. Haha. R5 still drops to much blue, and you get sooooooo much variety. Its like you farm Giants, Dragons,Necro, And the dungeon noone farms all together in hopes of getting the one rune you want (in this case the grind), aaaaaand then it needs to roll well which lets be honest it wont.

I rotate what I farm I do 3 month intervals the last 6 months of 2023 I farmed artifacts, January farmed giants for 3 months, and I'm currently on my 3 months of necro for will runes. Next is dragons. I do random raid days during the period of farming the 1 dungeon. I farm from 4am-10pm mon-sun.

I'm about 3/4 through the video, and i can't help it but say thank you, man, for taking the time to explain all these numbers. Honestly, I don't stress about it as much anymore, especially after you broke down the RNG for procs. Some days are crap, and some days are just close to alright. Haha. You definitely make the game more enjoyable and bearable at least for me (even if c2a might not listen). By doing this, c2a has no excuse for saying they haven't thought about it. lol. R5 still drops to much blue, and you get sooooooo much variety. Its like you farm Giants, Dragons,Necro, And the dungeon noone farms all together in hopes of getting the one rune you want (in this case the grind), aaaaaand then it needs to roll well which lets be honest it wont.

we don't need r6 we need this company to reduce or remove blues, flats, non popular sets. reduce the garbage in the pool. same for dungeons reduce flats and blue garabge. no new dungeons farming is not gameplay
