I'm also fairly sure you see another "hellhound" in Hazbin Hotel's long intro after the implied extermination. On a sidenote, I think Loona secretly likes being part of Blitz' "family", seeing as she forms a warm expression when he protects her as a "family" member.

I think Helluva's plot is simpler and much more straightforward and because of that it has a bit more potential as it has leeway to do whatever it wants
I like this one a bit less than Hazbin, it obviously has less polish, for good reason- but it's also basically 100% a comedy spinoff, so I'm okay with that.
I like this one a little bit more because there's only four main characters that we're focusing and knowing who they are and their relationship with eachother. Hazbin was very much a handful.

I kind of liked the animation in Helluva Boss better. Hazbin has too much movement for some times, bonus the over the top sound effects makes it a bit overwhelming. Helluva Boss is more controlled, and maybe storyboarded better (Vivzie said in Pizza Podcast that Hazbin has a bit of storyboarding issue which makes some parts cuts too sudden)
