Wonderful to watch young people singing these wonderful Tudor pieces, well done chaps.
Kids these days! Singing off tablets no less! Wonderful indeed.
How I love this motet ! Thanks for sharing. Thank you Thomas Tallis
Beautiful blend and phrasing. Thank you gentlemen. Subscribed.
This is so beautiful! God bless you, guys! Don’t stop the videos 🙏
Wow, you guys look unconventional and sound absolutely amazing. Love from Germany! 🤩 🌟
OH wow! Did that just happen? Absolute perfection guys.
Never heard this group before and they do a wonderful performance of this great Tallis piece.
There are other recordings of Tallis’s Motet, but I really can’t think of a better one to date. You blend so richly together, thank you.
Oh bravo. Dry musical singing. ❤
You've put a big smile on my face, thank you so much and may God bless you
Magnificent anthem, beautiful voices. Thank you!
Really beautiful. Makes me ashamed that the only other Tallis I know is "Spem in Alium". I must listen to some more. Thank you for this wonderful performance.
Unsolicited recommendations:
The whole CDGIM025 ft Salve Intemerata, a highly seductive set of Lamentations, and some other dissonantly scored pieces.
CDGIM006 gives you another full Tallis disc, with the ethereal Sancte Deus, expansive Gaude Gloriosa, glossolalic Loquebantur variis Linguis, as well as the infamous Spem in Alium.
CDGIM034 gives you the Ave, Dei Patris filia, featuring the best recorded high-wire acts I've heard in the repertoire to date.
For the Mass on the same disc, my preference has been towards the more suffuse reading by King's on ASD4285.
Finally, his collection of English Anthems are on good display on CDGIM007. It begins with the quiet, penetrating If Ye Love Me, and ends in a rather fiery manner with Blessed Are Those That Be Undefiled.
Happy listening!
@@el7284 Thank you very much
Amazing. Thanks for sharing, guys. You're all awsome. Alelluia.
Absolutely gorgeous music! Thank you for this 👏
Well done, boys! Beautifully sung!

I just found this. Beautiful. Thank you.
A year on I hope you guys are still singing together.
So beautiful

Awesome job, guys. Please do more.

Fabulous-always affecting.

Truly amazing
Bravissimi!
Wow.... Cool. God bless you all
Maravilhoso!!!
Lindo!!
Fantastisch
Wow.
Superb ! I see that you like singing this kind of music just as I did, we had a 4 voice Madrigal group at high school , and choir, and orchestra. I was the sop and 15yrs old I really loved it, even more than the choir, those beautiful chords! Thing is I can't remember at all having the words or music, that must have been difficult, I would have kept the score for e ver and e ver. Don't ask me how we learnt, anyway that was nearly 60 years ago! And as you see I still like it all and have sung everyday of my life. And done all the big "oeuvres" with choir's left right and centre! Its very good training all that sight reading.
Altogether lovely. Check out "My Shepherd Will Supply My Needs" by Isaac Watts, to the melody called here in America "Resignation" or "Hopewell." No one knows who composed it. It was the major anthem at the Memorial Service immediately after 9-11 at the Anglican Cathedral in Washington immediately after the even. Keep singing. "We are saved by beauty."
Going to look at what else you've done!
They look like they got teleported from playing xbox in the basement
...🗣🎼🎵🎶💗🕊...the Human voice is the only musical instrument God Himself designed ...all others are human imitations...cold, dead, and mechanical...heartless, and incapable of emotion...merely sounding brass gongs and clanging cymbals (1 Cor 13:1)...
Wearing shorts in church - what's it coming to? Music great though
And? Couldn't help yourself could you?
In this day and age I would not care if they were in pajamas. They are there, singing beautifully. Stop whining. Well done folks. Fantastic from R.I..
@@markwilliamson7573 Well I hope they don't do it in Italy, or even in a Catholic church in Britain. Strange that anyone with an interest in Tallis should be so culturally ignorant otherwise. Perhaps they'd be happier doing worship songs by Rutter or someone - perhaps with guitars and an electric piano.
@@kingkoffi2921 And it should be "Couldn't help yourself could you?"
@@markwilliamson7573 Pyjamas. Sorry, hadn't appreciated you were backwoods American or I wouldn't have been surprised by the desert-dress. Stop draining the Colorado for your environmentally disastrous lawn sprinklers too.
merde
Love the nail varnish on the one on the right 😊
Hope to see and hear you all again!
