Mutton - 750 gm
Onion - 6 medium
Garlic cloves - 8-10
Mustard oil - 4 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Tomato - 2 large

Green chilli - 4-5

Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mace - 1-2
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Black cardamom - 2
Green cardamom -2
Cloves - 4-5
Black pepper - 4-5
Star anise - 1
Kasuri methi - 1.5 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Meat masala - 1.5 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1.5 tbsp
Salt to taste

Hi Ashi , this is a lovely receipe and I have tried it many times and comes out fantastic. A small suggestion. In u r video when u show onions to make paste , u mention 4 onions but the visual looks more than 4 . I can understand that one onion may have been cut into 6 pieces but it still looks less . Same with tomato however no complains .Even if u cook right as per the receipe it still tastes 💯. Best wishes Siddharth
