    So cool to see that companies are starting to make aircoolers more aesthetically pleasing! Also, I would be interested in seeing a review on Phanteks D30 fans, and also something about fitting a 420mm rad LF2 from Arctic in the front of a Lancool 3!

Or if you choose not to have those argb, you can don't plug the 3pin 5v argb connector from the AirCooler.

      @KleoYan  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi Lucio Quiroga, welcome back, measuring from the coldpate and to the heatsink gap for rams, it will be 52mm but if you place the fans infront, you only left with 42mm clearance. In your case you might either move the fan to the rear or to move it up. when you move it up, kindly check if you have enough clearance for your case if it has an aircooler clareance of 170mm, then it will be right, even if you move the fans up to give clearance to your tall rams.

    • @KleoYan
      @KleoYan  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Ben, welcome to my channel. Either of the aircooler you’ve mentioned will do the job. Unless you are talking about the peerless assassin spirit, which have 7 heat pipe instead of 6.

    • @Ben-ld1qi
      @Ben-ld1qi ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@KleoYan Bro I've a big fan of your channel and have been here for 1-2 years. I was referring to PA (6 pipes) and PS (7 pipes). There's actually a new Phantom Spirit 120 Evo release, the heatsink and bracket now all come in black, and the fans are 2100+ RPM with RGB lines across the corners.
      The AK620 Digital fans don't have RGB but the cooler itself is very aesthetic... tough decision lol.

    • @KleoYan
      @KleoYan  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Ben-ld1qi Thanks ben, yup correct the PS (7 pipes) which I believe is the Phantom Spirit.. That aircooler performans slightly better as compared to the other peerless assasin and if you compare it with the AK620 Digital, its the same story.. good performance with a slight degree performance (about 2 to 4 degrees) but the rpm noise is lower compared to AK620 digital at CPU load. to be honest, I can understand it's a tough choice, it greatly depends what you really wanted. but once decided, just use it and dont compare to any stuff more. Thats how I use PC stuff. I mean we can't always keep changing right? Put PC into good use. 😉

    • @Ben-ld1qi
      @Ben-ld1qi ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@KleoYan Could you please clear what you said? "good performance (about 2 to 4 degrees) but the rpm noise is lower compared to AK620 digital at CPU load". Did you mean the Phantom Spirit has better temps than AK620? In that case I might grab the PS Evo, which comes fully back with better bearings on fans which go up to 2.1k and have RGB stilts on the corners.
      There's virtually no overclocking headroom on 7800x3d, correct? That's why besides tuning the memory which I have some experience I'm feeling very relaxed and calm at the thought that overclocking will be futile whereas on my 13600k I can go 5.1GHz to 5.6GHz easily but at the cost of higher temps and more noise in general.
      You couldn't be more correct about always changing... on my other Intel rig I compromised with the Phantom Spirit 120, since I wasn't a big fan of the silver heatsink, IMO fully black heatsinks look better. But I though the top of the cooler looked better since it didn't have sticking out heatpipes on top like the PS 120 'SE' version. And now 2 months later they releases the Evo version in full black haha.

    • @KleoYan
      @KleoYan  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Ben-ld1qi ok.. what I meant is. the Phantom Spirit do perform much better than the AK620 Digital by 2° to 4° and same goes to the noise, Phantom Spirit runs abit quieter. So now it come to a choice of what you really wanted. If you want performance. Phantom Spirit. If you want both looks and performance. AK620 digital is not far away in performance compared to the Phantom Spirit. You have to decided which to get. I can only speak based on what I know.
      If you really want my opinion. Go with the AK620 Digital. at least it has both, the looks and performance.

      Hi PLKay, welcome back, I have no experience of the aircooler you've mentioned. I am more towards budget air cooler and my choice of aircooler will be the Scythe Fuma 3, the Thermalright peerless assasin or the Phantom spirit, the AK620 or AK620 Digital. All these will perform well with the i7 13700. For the AP201 fan arrangement, I do not have experience on Aircooler in this case, can't provide you with a solution, you will need to test it out.
