Same but when Im at my house my voice sounds like a teacher’s voice (the volume of their voice) But when im outside (,telling what I want in restaurant, talking to my classmates or random people),my voice is very weak Maybe because im nervous/suppressing it thinking people might talk about me

This video is about the strengthening part of the exercises. You can use the same exercises but with a different regime and with a different focus if working with an overworked or strained voice. You don't need to practice different pitches - focus more on the effort levels when doing the exercises.
I hope this helps me. Singing was one of the only joys left in my life. I had two bouts of serious esophagitis r/t GERD. I also had sinus surgery in 2017. Since, then my voice seems ruined and weak. It makes me very sad.

Do you recommend doing a 5-10 min vocal warm up before doing this in the morning? The sirens are part of your recommended vocal warm up video as well. How is this different then doing the warm up?
That is a good question. The goal of warm ups is different from the goal of strengthening exercises. I would say that the difference is in the frequency and length of the exercise. As you can see, both can use the same vocal exercises.

I find when I over use my arytenoids, even by just bringing them together, my throat feels tired mostly under the chin area. It can even feel a little painful and sore! Is this normal?
You cannot isolate the work of one particular muscle when doing vocal exercises. They are all working, you are strengthening the whole system and coordination.
