I wanted to ask you about your opinions on buying connects. I always run out of connects and still have not landed more jobs .. it seems like you need to invest $$ into Upwork to be able to start Upwork. Do you recommend that we buy the premium plan to get more connects ?
Also, an upwork freelancer recommended me to just write a few sentences in my proposals instead of spending so much time writing a lot. He said its important to apply fast so that you won't be in the bottom of the list but i have seen some posts that are posted and 20-30 minutes in there are already 50+ proposals, is it still good to apply despite the amount of requests?
