- हाल ही में राजकमल प्रकाशन से एक किताब आई है, सावरकर- काला पानी और उसके बाद। इस किताब के लेखक हैं, अशोक कुमार पांडेय और किताब का मूल्य है, 299 रुपये। इस किताब में कई ऐसी सच्चाइयों को बयान किया गया है, जिसका उल्लेख वर्तमान में कम ही किया जाता है। लेखक का कहना है कि किसी के बारे में जानने के लिए यह नहीं पढ़ना चाहिए कि दूसरों ने उन पर क्या लिखा है, बल्कि वह पढ़ा जाना चाहिए, जो उन्होंने ख़ुद लिखा हो। इससे उनके मूल विचारों का पता चलता है। सो इस किताब को लिखने में लेखक ने ऐसे कई दस्तावेज़ों का सहारा लिया है, जो सावरकर से जुड़े हुए हैं। 'द वायर' पर 'हिंदी की बिंदी' में इस बार इसी किताब पर हम चर्चा कर रहे हैं सीधे अशोक कुमार पांडेय से।

The Congress supported both regressive Hindus and Muslims for reasons for political practicality. Eg: Shah Bano judgement, Babri Masjid. The right wing only gained steam from both.
Indira's fascism caused the resurgence of RSS as an ally of JP.
Congress's corruption caused AAP through Anna Hazare and that split their votes.
Congress has been and will continue to always be the core party of the nation. The right wing was created only in places where the Congress let them do it.
Had Congress followed Gandhiji's methods and stuck to truth, the right wing would not have occured. There are so many things the Congress did out of practicality which are absolutely against Gandhiji. Eg: giving free stuff to poor and making them dependant.
In short the nation is suffering where it failed. It = nation= democratic Congress ideals. BJP /RSS does not really have an intellectual nature. They are just like Muslim league. They will become B team of Americans so long as their communal narrative is allowed to hold.
The issue is not hindu muslim but poverty. In Moplah riots 700 hindus were killed, in Kashmir issue probably 1000-2000. But in return 2500 Moplah rioters were killed 10000 were bever found, 15000 sent to Andaman, 30000 sent to rigorous jail elsewhere. In case of Kashmir, the state went under total curfew and lakhs of people there now live a life of suffering, no jobs, terrorism, no count of deaths we have now, and all this happened because they failed to protect their Kashmiri Pandit brothers from being massacred. RSS claims justice doesn't happen, but this is not the case! Justice always happens, even violent one happens...and police and army are institutions of the nation who execute. But handing control from professionals to cow vigilantes and local Rss gundas is totally devastating for India. I know my opinions dont align with any political side, so be it. Gandhiji gave us simple message of following truth and protecting our minority brothers and we must keep doing it. If Hindus allow Muslims to be massacred, then also justice will happen. Hindus being in majority does not matter. They will still die from famine, poverty, disease under a gunda raj.

Very correct analysis by Ashok Pandey ji, His each word must be understood in it's correct perspective. I would like to go through thoroughly through his books. Really it was an enriching experience to listen him. Writers shows the mirror to society and the personalities like Pandeyji are the true Gems of India. I would like to convey my salute to him through you.

He appears to be well balanced in his thoughts without any bias whatsoever. We wish him all the best in his future works to enlighten the people of our country to the sacrifices & contributions of great leaders during our freedom movements against the British Raj who ruled India through their policy of "Divide & Rule " and create disharmony among Hindus & Muslims to remain in power & busy engage in looting our country & bleed it white till it became an empty shell at the time of their departure in 1947 and our getting Independence from their tyranny only because of the selfless sacrifices of our leaders 🙏🙏🙏

Excellent Interview! The interviewer did a great job and Ashok Kumar Pandey Ji showed his command of the subject. My best regards to both of them. I will like to read his book but my Hindi is very weak. I will wait till it get translated in Urdu or English.
