OK, so you don't have to stand up when offroad. A lot of people copy it because they see pros doing it. The thing is, the pros only do it when needed. Not all the time.
I remember you and YummiR6 playing around in the quarry/construction area on the supermotos. That's what brought me to this channel. Those were so entertaining!
Among the many offroad coaches on youtube, i resonate with 3 - Chris Birch, Adam Riemann and Sedlak offroad school. Sedlak especially describes in a way that i just get.
It is refreshing to see that I wasn't the only one screaming like a "B" the first time one experiences wheel spin in the gravel. Front wheel pointed where it needed to be. LOL
First time in the dirt was a couple days ago. Riding everyone’s favorite dirt bike the Suzuki SV650S! Riding very slowly through the gravel and dirt was equal parts fun and stressful.
@@joekavalauskas8767 honestly, I think the SV may be the perfect street bike. It’s got way more than enough power to overtake at 90mph, is one of the most upgradable bikes ever made, and comes in naked and sport trims with a killer sounding V twin. Getting tired of the SV650? Get the 1000, exact same body but with loads more power. There’s a reason why they’re one of if not the most common track bike. It’s a really good platform. Too bad they don’t still make the S model though
It's cool to see how different people handle new scenarios. I grew up herding cows in wooded pastures while riding and going all kinds off road riding, but my first time with an MT07 on a 2 lane paved road freaked me out😆
@@sumokid I freaked out the first time I experienced wind-screen buffeting on the Helmet... after never having a windscreen, riding an ADV at speed is horrible until you get used to it (or stand up to get out of multi-directional winds)
Oh I wonder how you're going to handle the wiggle... fight the bike so the bike fights back, or relax so it can too! (now to unpause and see) My worst enemy is pebbles... deep beds of pebbles! It's worse than deep soft sand.
You would not make it in the Himalayans for sure. That suspension bridge was like walking on a highway compared to ones I crossed in Nepal that would span 200' chasms. A little unnerving at first but you kind of build confidence when you see a fully loaded donkey walking across without a care in the world.
Chase, are you still using the stock tires? I think you would find the experience completely different with some Motoz RallZ, or some other tire designed for offroad. If dirt doesn't figure much in your future, then disregard.

Need more of this with yall. T7 adventures are rad!

I took my scrambler XC off road a week after buying it as my first bike. Turned out well.

TYSM
The off-road looks so fun... but I'm sure I'd be just like Chase! (i.e. constantly in a state of "oh crap") lol
You would do just fine lol
stock tires offroad, amazing idea!
not goin to lie, my favorite part of the video was seeing Rick Flair :)

The more I research, the more I see the SV650

Come to the dirt side!
Unhinged Chase on a t7 is the best Chase

Right?! I was freaked out riding pavement the first few times lol

Your scaredness throughout the video is entertaining

OC: I've never been off-road on a full-size motorbike, but I enjoyed my youth riding atvs and other smaller bikes. Looks like fun though.
I like this stuff. Lemme bring the Kove next time!
Funny that you call this road "offroad"
I love dirt
Nervous riding on gravel...
Scary water crossings...
TERRIFIED of a bridge!
😱
Chase...love your channel. So glad you took the dive into dirt riding...it's awesome. I ride GA, where did you all ride?
I can't believe he left his purse on the bike before the hike.
Oh man... I thought that white truck at the beginning was going to be the end of the video... iykyk
Someday you need to come out here to Colorado and we'll get you through some real off road. Could get you some training at the same time.
I miss seeing yours and yummir6’s shenanigans. I hope he is doing well.
A dual sport with those tires is concerning to say the least. I'd never offroad anything with slick AT tires like those. Need some knobs.
🤣 have you ever had a dreams?
Chase, can you share where in GA that is. Like how to get there if one wanted to give it a shot? Looks like a fun road 😊
So did your parents have any boys?

This is in GA? Where?!? I would love to take my PanAm up there also to see this bridge 😂 if you don’t mind sharing
This is the Toccoa Swinging Bridge - maps should be able to get you there!
@ thank you! Definitely putting this on the list when I do the GA traverse next month or so.
