After watching the investors day event, I am more then impressed with their progress on self driving. In terms of RAW power and software, Tesla is far ahead of the game but Rivian has some very good stuff coming our way

Whatever chip is in 2024 m3p is great. It does full self driving without any hiccups.

Thanks and nice video. I had lasik almost 20 years ago by the same doctor Tiger Woods used. The process was completely automated then and I’m sure it’s even improved now and you’ll have no problems. If they tell you to put eyedrop drops in for the next few days, definitely do that.
They told me eventually I would need reading glasses, but I didn’t believe them. I’m now 58 and definitely I need reading glasses so that is a bit of a bummer but other than that it’s really great to have. The reading glasses are independent of LASIK and it function of age.

The thing is that what matters more is the software and AI learning than the hardware itself, especially since they haven't even used all the current hardware as it fullest, and tesla is still the king in that, while rivian I don't believe them, especially with almost being bankrupt. As for now I trust more tesla. Thanks for the video.

Yup I agree, software optimization is important and Tesla is great at that. Hopefully Rivian does well too!

Thanks for sharing your experience and recommendation. Things are a bit hazy right now and vision is fluctuating but eye drops help. I’m really hoping I don’t need reaching glasses either but only time will tell
