Thank you all so much for the nice words and compliments for my mother! I showed them to her and she wants you all to know that she appreciates them very much! Much love to you all!
Wow! It is wonderful to watch how careful you are while making the dress. Your mother's smile is priceless. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much! Sewing is something that feels so calming to me and I try to show this in my videos! I’m glad you like it.
@@friedalepold Dear Frieda, you definitely transmit calm and care, while you are also professional, organized, smart and capable. Your family and clients are fortunate to have you in their lives.
This dress is stunning and your mother looks beautiful in it. I am sure she is a very proud and happy mom.
This was lovely. I'm also a designer/ seamstress, and making garments for my mother has simply been one of the greatest artistic honors of my life. She recently had rotator cuff surgery, so I designed a simple shirt that she could dress herself in without straining her arm after her operation. To make her something lovely, and functional, just felt so nice. I'm sure your mother is so incredibly proud of you. Thank you for sharing this lovely video.
Thank you for sharing that! I hope your mom is doing better now, I’m sure the shirts helped a lot! I’m glad you liked the video
I would love to know how you did that? My mother in law suffers from shoulder issues. She had surgery but she can't raise her arm very high and she has trouble.
You always inspire me with your couture garments, i hope i can be as creative as you when making my corsets & gowns! Thank you for such instructive videos ❤
A sweet and loving creation just for your Mom is precious!! Frieda I'm certain she is touched and proud of you. Thank You for sharing this with us. Your Mom looked like that dress was perfect for her. She was beaming and looked spectacular in it. 🌟💯🌟
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed the video ♥️
Your mum looks so beautiful in that dress. Well done
Very well done. Beautiful work, beautiful gown, the folds and draping...beautiful mom & daughter.
Such an interesting way of draping the dress with just a couple of seams, a hem and zipper plus some beautifully placed gathers. I guess once you have the foundation done right it can be that simple. Your mum looks so pretty - I hope she had a wonderful day wearing it in paradise!
This dress is so stunning! Your Mother looks radiant in that garment. ❤🎉
What a beautiful kinetic, artistic, creative tone poem of love in gown form. You always inspire me with your craft and inspire me to such refinement in my own realm, creative writing!!
Thank you so much for your nice words! Do you post your writing somewhere or is it something you do for yourself?
Your mother was stunning!!!
This was so touching to see, the love you put into your dress and your mom wearing it. It actually inspires me to make something for my parents too. Thank you for reminding me of that love
Thank you so much! I'm happy I could inspire you! It was really a fun project together:)
This got me emotional! It was so special to watch you make this and recognize the love you put into this piece, then to see your gorgeous mother wearing it. She is stunning
What a blessing to be able to have such a beautiful supportive mother! I would have loved to have had such a lovely relationship as the one you two share with my mom. 😍
Thank you for sharing your passion and obvious talent with us. I've only just found you, but I am now subscribed and looking forward to watching more of your videos! God bless you and your family. 🙏🏼✌🏼❤️

Your bead work is always so fabulous! I really appreciate your meticulous attention to detail. Your dresses look fantastic, and your hard work always shows through.
Thank you so much! I always try to show all the work through the video and I'm glad you can see it in the video:)
Oh that dress is so beautiful, the colour suits your mother perfectly!
Oh my goodness that smile of her's is priceless!! So sweet.
Your mom looked so lovely! The video was so relaxing. I loved it.
So lovely!! *and you created a perfectly fitted dress from a mock-up that you had to send to your mom!...I can't do that when I make something for myself! That being said, my daughter was happy with my last sewing disaster--it fits her perfectly! LOL
The dress and your Mother are Gorgeous ❣️ What a beautiful way to celebrate a special person in your life!💙😀🫶🏻
Thank you so much!
What a wonderful daughter you are, your mother must be so proud of you and the beautiful gown you created.
Thank you! we had a nice time creating this together!
Thank you for sharing how you create the dresses, dressform and every step in the process. I have been sewing since I was a small child and I have learned so much from watching your videos. I want to get back into sewing and being creative. I have been on a long health journey that took over my life as I battled one life threatening health issue after another and multiple at the same time.
I‘m sorry to hear that you are battling with bad health! I wish you all the best and that you can start being creative soon again! Until then I’m glad I could show you a bit of sewing joy 🥰
Wow! You are truly a consummate dressmaker!
That dark caramel colour is gorgeous and is so perfect on your lovely mum!

I would like to see how you organize your sewing space sometime.
That’s going to be the next video! I’m already working on it :)
Gorgeous ❤️
Thank you!
this is so beautiful 😭
spectacular!!!!!
so schön ..... danke
U r so loving, I like ur personality with beautiful voice
So beautiful!! And the back is simply stunning!!
Oh I really love the back too! Thank you
Fabolous work! Absolutely stunning. Can I just ask what sewing machine you are using? From video based on wear and tear I can guess it's not a newest fancy electronic kind. And I suspect it's not a industrial kind as well so I'm truly intrigued. I myself use quite old sewing machine - vintage Necchi with full iron body and I must say that newest models simply cannot hold a candle when it comes to older engineering and quality. Especially when it comes to home sewing machines.
Have you seen the video "Still Stitching"? it's kind of a 'documentary' about vintage machines and how much better they are than the new "throw-away" ones.
Love it 🥹
amazing video
WoW!
Your work is a big inspiration for me :) You are working so precise and beautiful! A question I have: Did you buy your dressform or did you make it yourself? When you did it yourself, how did you do it? I am trying to do one that fits my measurements for ages now and I am slowly going crazy over it
❤
🥰🥰🥰
this video made me want to quit everything and be a seamstress
❤😊❤😊❤😊
🥰💖👍💖👍💖🥰
hello your videos are very beautiful please kindly film a video tutorial for the industrial sewing machine you use in the video's please ok ?thank you very much 😊
🤩🤩🤩👏👏👏❤❤❤👍👍
Where is this beach?
It’s in the Netherlands 🥰
Hi very random question, but are you by chance finnish? You very interestingly look like me I think, and I was just very curious.
Hey Doppelgänger:D I’m not finnish- I’m from Germany
that would be lovely in a deep emerald...
Oh Yes! I would love to make a green version! Thanks for mentioning it :)
Shame you skipped how you got the outer fabric onto the manikin once it was sewn up, otherwise nice video
I’m sorry I don’t really know what you mean. After sewing the panels of the dress together I just sewed the top to the top of the corset. Is that what you mean?
