I love the concept for Kiq, however I feel like he should be Yellow in skin tone, only because Sawk and Throh are red and blue, having Kiq be yellow would make the trio all primary colors that originate from the white Chawp.
Now that u said it my ocd is kicking in
I thought it looked good, Kiq is kinda like if Evee evolved into its own type rather than change types and it's color.

The highlights of this video for me were Sympheon, Ranchkrow, and the Sawk/Throh pre-evo and new form.
I feel like arbok deserves a new variant because he seems forgotten about

I think he's referring to regional forms of pokemon evolving into completely different pokemon. Like Galarian meowth doens't evolve into "Galarian persian" it evolves into Perrserker
About your justification for the number of ground/Fighting types:
Yeah, there are three fire "monkeys" in a span of two generations, but they're entirely different.
Darmanitan is primarily a Daruma doll, with orangutan elements.
Infernape is a fire monkey based on Sun Wukong.
Semisear is part of a trio based on the see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil monkeys.
Your ground/fighting types are even more diverse, so they're fine. The importance isnt the type combination so much as the diversity within that type combination.
Yeah, Scarlet and Violet have just introduced two fighting/electric lines when there were none before.
The additions to sawk and throh were 2 I never ever knew I needed, keep up the great work my friend, working on a region of my own now because of your vids

I've been thinking of making a few new evolutions for some pre-existing Pokemon in my own fanmade Pokemon region. Case in point, I came up with a new gender based alternate evolution for the Gothita line to serve as a masculine counterpart to Gothitelle, a la Gardevoir and Gallade. Gothicount, a Psychic/Dark type that evolves when you expose a male Gothorita to a Dusk Stone. Its inspired by vampires, men's Gothic fashion, and visual kei artists.
Kiq looks awesome!

The only problem I see with using the belts is that the power belt is always a post game item, so the one that evolves via power belt won't be possible to get
That is not a problem at all, all he needs to do is make it available at a decent point, just like location based evolutions (those methods did *not* need to be changed)
As someone who absolutely adores Sawk, I’m loving the attention it’s getting here.
I’d love to see what a pre evolution or evolution would be for Dhelmise. But I might be biased because it’s one of my favorites hehe :)

When I first saw Ranchkrow I thought it was a regional Talonflame of some kind (This was before I saw it's name)
You should introduce more pokemon to the cornera region like a pokemon based off yourself.
Sasquake and Ranchkrow are awesome, easilly my faves

I love Ranchcrow I also made my own scarecrow Pokémon but more on the scarecrow side called Scarecurse a ghost type and in my dnd campaign I’m working on they appear when a farmer has finished sowing and tilling a field and protect and help the farmer out but if a farmer is slacking off on their own share of the work Scarecurse will destroy the field and lay a curse that stops any new crops from growing until the farmer changes his ways

I've got an idea for a branched jigglypuff evo. If you give jigglypuff a sound stone it will evolve into a sound\fairy type pokemon. I call it sigglysuff ( haven't made any pictures)

Sasquake is basically manbearpig and I LOVE it.
I keep waiting for a 'calf' pokémon that if male would evolve to Tauros, if female evolve to Miltank.
Streagle is definitely my favourite of the bunch. It’s a great renaissance esc Pokemon and I hope it has a good type

My favourite evolution type is where you fight the battle cafe in motorstoke to get a candy. when you have a milcery you spin round and BAM! alcremie.
(Bye the way, you can get different alcremies depending on the type of candy you used from the cafe, because you can’t use dynamax candies.)

smeargle evolution should be at lvl 41 since he learns his 5th sketch and that would be like him starting to get past his begginer works, maybe he gets serene grace as his new ability since he can realize all the nuances of the moves he has learned.

Dudunsparce heard this channel talking smack. xD But seriously, I really like this method of evolution for Streagle; it's similar to Mantyke and feels more organic to me than, like, introducing a new move or trading while holding a new item.

Updates: Sasquake is now annihilape (gen 9 primape evo). Dunsparce becomes dudunsparce. Girafarig becomes farigiraf. Great tusk becomes the fighting/ground type
Sympheon is quite cool. A improvement over my sound type Eeveelution of Basseon.
