Beautiful! Next time for the silver painted strawberries you could use grey colored chocolate as a base and you will get a bolder silver color. The same if you want to do gold strawberries. You could paint on top of yellow chocolate to give a bolder color. Or do the metallic paint on top of dark chocolate instead of white chocolate.

Definitely adding a smaller version to my Valentine decor!! As a crafter and cake decorator, I have all these items on hand except the strawberries so very inexpensive project about to happen. I love dipping and decorating strawberries. Thanks for this idea!!

Hi Lakiesha, for your white candy melts use paramount crystals to thin out the chocolate 😁
For the silver luster dust you have to use lemon extract or vodka. It helps it dry faster and it brings out the sparkle.
Next time shortening to make it thinner, it’s easier to handle, dip, and since more excess comes off, you can make more strawberries

Next time you use luster dust, add less lemon juice to make a thicker paste like consistency and your color will be much more vivid. This came out beautiful!

When I did mine I covered the entire cone with chocolate.
Use alcohol like vodka for the dust it works better and go with a darker shade and omg that is so beautiful I'm gonna make 1 too
