I want to try cooking with a wok so bad, but our stove wan electric cooktop and I feel like it just will never get hot enough to have the food stir fry instead of just boil. This looks SO good! Stir fried green beans are one of my favorites things on earth
My stove top is electric as well (induction and ceramic), you can definitely get a good wok heat! If your food pieces are boiling instead, chances are it's because the pan is overcrowded and steam cannot escape. I've made that mistake many times 😅
I made this tonight and all I can say is YUM!!!!!!! It was so delicious. I forgot to make the rice, but it was great without it. Thanks for the recipe!!
hehhe yes! luckily it's a small detail, though Chinese cooks often are quite attentive to making sure everything is the same size so all the ingredients cook in a similar time frame in the wok 🔥
