- Started the day at BHC fried chicken where I tried their cheese and their SICHUAN fried chicken which was mind blowingly good! Then finished the day at a Korean BBQ pork belly restaurant where the fried rice at the end was magical.

The cheese you are loving on your ice cream looks like it is a Scandinavian cheese called Brunost (brown cheese). It is normally a mixture of cow and goat milk. If you want something with a little more tang, you should get the pure goat milk version called gjetost. I have have difficulty finding gjetost outside Norway unfortunately, but brunost is still lovely. You can buy it at Whole Foods and some other major grocery stores, or even on Amazon. Due to the caramel notes, my sister and I made deconstructed "Twix" by putting it on a graham cracker with Nutella. It's also great plain or on an english muffin.
Kudos her for giving the spicy dumpling a go, I wouldn't have been able to handle it
