Keep watching and listening to him/them. Go deep in; you won't regret it.
What a great song! Springsteen songs capture the essence of young American life, middle and lower class, East coast, back in the day.❤ This is an amazing performance. Thanks, BP1!❤
I first saw Bruce & the E Street Band in 1981 (The River tour).....I just saw Bruce a few months ago in Los Angeles. I didn't want to go because I thought the band was looking long in the tooth and wanted to remember them over the 40 years of attending shows (over 25). I went anyway and Bruce and the Band were OUTSTANDING! They played over 3 hours and Bruce was running around the arena at the 3 hour mark. It was also perhaps the best setlist I've ever experienced. Truly one of the greatest 'Front Man' to ever grace a rock stage!
Everything about this song goes all out. I've known the song all these years but just now learned most of the lyrics. The sax player was known in his own right.
The sax player Clarence Clemens died in 2011 RIP.
The red-haired lady Patty Scialfa has been a band member since 1984 and she and Bruce have been married since 1991.
They've done so many great songs.
He's worthy of a rabbit hole that's for sure.😊
Bruce live is a three hour non stop show. You’ll never forget it.
The energy generated in Springsteen concerts could power the City of New York and all of New Jersey!
😉 🎹⚡💡🎶⚡💡🎸⚡💡🎷⚡💡🎶⚡💡🎺💛
They don't call him The Boss for nothing...legendary performance.
One of my favourite songs of Bruce Springsteen's!! My favourite is Born in the USA.
I love these guys. You can tell they just have a great time performing for the fans.
I saw Bruce in concert at a small 4,000 seat theater in Chicago in 1980. It was amazing, he has an incredible amount of energy. His concert was between 3 and 4 hrs.
saw them early 80's wembley arena, seen many concerts before and after but still the best concert i've ever seen. just under 4 hours of sweat filled energy, brilliant memories
he played a show in Berlin a few months before the wall came down in 1988. Drew an estimated crowd of more than 300,000.
The Boss at his BEST! ♥
Dancing in the Dark is another good video
Bruce and the E Street Band are amazing live! He puts on 3-hour concerts. I recommend these other Springsteen songs: "Dancing in the Dark" (the music video features a pre-"Friends" Courtney Cox ... "I'm on Fire" ... "Tunnel of Love."
The BOSS.
I was a teenager city kid when this came out. My friends were Motor heads and we all traveled in rebuilt muscle cars with the great stereo. We would pool our money to pay for beer & gas because we were always broke. Goddamn he spoke to us
How cool! 😎 rebuilt muscle cars!! Nice
Bruce's saxophonist, Clarence Clemons, had a hit with Jackson Browne in the 80s called You're A Friend Of Mine.1984,I believe.
Saw him back to back nights a loooong time ago at The Opera House here in StLouis - only 3500 seats. Second night was 2nd row right in front of Clarence.
Ramrod Live in Barcelona
If you only react to one more live performance, I'd recommend Jungleland (Live in NYC). It's got everything.
Black & White Night where Bruce & others (Elvis Costello, Jackson Brown, TCB ELVIS Band, Bonnie Raitte, etc) performed with Roy Orbison just before he passed. Bruce & James Burton duel guitars on Pretty Woman. Really great show. Loved this video & reaction, thank you. ❤😊
I've seen him 3x in North Jersey area and his fans are legendaryily devoted to him
Yo soy mayor , y amo a Bruce & the E street Band
His live show in Hyde Park of the song Glory Days is awesome as the break the curfew.
I seen this tour in Chicago
Was glad to be able to have seen Springsteen in person at the Oakland Coliseum (San Francisco Bay Area) many years ago. It was there that I found out he is only 1 inch tall!
Born In The USA Tour around 1984 was my first ever live concert. Got a bit spoiled I think.
Edit: $20 seemed like a fortune to pay at the time!
His son graduated from the fire academy.
He is the boss take a look at American Skin
소향리뷰 잘 봤어요. 보헤미안랩소디 영상도 보다가 포레스텔라가 부른 것도 한번 보시길 추천합니다. 고마워요
I’ve seen Bruce many times from the ‘70s on… as well as most all of the biggest names in rock history… and my view is that live, Bruce makes them all look lazy. In the early days especially, his concerts were twice the length of a Rolling Stones or Paul McCartney concert. On consecutive nights, Bruce will do 20 songs he didn’t do the previous night… and the next night another 20 he didn’t do the previous two concerts. By comparison, I saw David Bowie twice on the same tour, 6 months apart and the setlist was EXACTLY the same. Bruce is without a doubt one of the greatest live performers in rock history.
