How can I do that without having feedback loop through vMix such that the vMix user wont hear themselves while still hearing everyone else on the Zoom line and they can hear him of course. I have a corporate awards show in Jan 2024 with a Host in Charlotte NC and others joining via Zoom - they only want Speaker view as approx 20 people will make award presentations. I am using vMix as my production switcher. How will the Zoom participants see the Host in your scenerio? Are you sending the camera and audio to Zoom as well?
After starting OBS & Virtual camera + Zoom client open on my office laptop at 4 core processor with 8 GB RAM it is already screaming for air. I tried adding an NDI input once via skype for content creators and bringing that guest to the zoom meeting via overlay, and everything froze. So i have given up till I have a 6 or 8 core processor and a better graphics card.
Actually there is more promise with Streamyard kind of solutions where all this happens on the cloud with very powerful computing and my local system need not be so powerful to execute on any of these things.

In speaker view only speaker's video is displayed in main computer as in participants computers. i love the way you set up meetings via zoom and OBS. Everything is working so good but i have an issue bringing my video back to Zoom, it makes an unending video loop. Im using NDI capturing the gallery view and the other one capturing the speaker view, but every time i want to spotlight my video comes the problem. My solution is just pinning someone speaking but it takes time searching that participants, i want it automatic. Bringing it to live stream was not a problem only on Zoom. Any suggestions sir. When you are bringing a speaker from Zoom and running through Vmix/OBS back to Zoom, do you need your audio to be muted and be video only in order to avoid feedback?
We like to have the audio from Zoom connected so that Zoom participants can hear us and we can hear them. WIth that being said it's important to mute everyone in Zoom until you are ready to hear them in your broadcast. Check out our blog posts at StreamGeeks.us that dig into this in more detail.
StreamGeeks but when a speaker in Zoom speaks, isn’t their audio coming out of their own device into Zoom and also routing through OBS and back into Zoom through your device with your mic/OBS audio output unmuted causing a feedback loop?

That's one detail I beleive he might not have empahsized enough (i know he mentioned it early in the video). Please look at the vMix guy as he's very knowledgeable and slow enough to teach step by step what you need to do (no, i dont get paid by vMix or get a cut)

Spotlight is different from speaker view. So you will need use speaker view to have the active speaker go large. Spotlight makes a single person be large for everyone, pinning is just for you
Problem with this, ok for other participants however if you are active speaker and you are spotlighed it will cause infinity view(tunnel effect) any way around this?

If they are just experiencing a typical zoom meeting, then will the speaker become full screen? If so, it seems pointless. So, I'm assuming that the in the zoom meeting the 3 window layout will be the same as demonstrated. No? Rather an important point as I'm about to purchase a second computer to use this technique. It depends on your setup. Each computer running zoom can be set up different. You can always hide self view
why don´t you use dual monitor zoom option for that? wasn´t available when you recorded this video? is so much easier.

Instead of NDI, we can use extended monitor to show another gallery view and capture the second window.

Yes, we do that. You can simply create a virtual input of your setup and switch the layer inside for your document.
