Beautiful. It was so interesting to watch. As usual, looks simple...but requires lot of concentration, practice and stamina. By practicing them regularly, definitely one would improve the agility. Ha...I liked the first exercise...Feet in & out. ! 👌👌👌👍👍👍
Thanks a ton! Yes.. We think agility drills are for athletes. We fail to realise dancers are also athletes.. Ahh!! You could add feet in & out to your workout then ;) :)
Thank you so much for making us aware of so many things that we would not have realized as dancers.. Thank you for such clear, informative, precise and useful content!!!

Hello. There are so many exercises that you have uploaded, which one to do when is a little confusing. Would it be possible for you to talk about that or just make a playlist accordingly?
Pleasure is definitely mine! The fact that dancers are finding it useful is a motivation to come up with useful content :) Ty for watching and working out with me!! :)
Hi Pratibha. I would like to ask if I can do the conditioning, core stability & agility drill workout together with my dance practice? Or I should do it on a separate day?
Depends on a couple of things like - how rigorous your routine is, how strong/fit you are, your goal, how strenuous your dance practice is. If you do rigorous dance practice, then you can reduce intensity of your workout. If you are a beginner when it comes to fitness, it is not a good idea to dance for long hours and also exercise. You will end up getting more fatigued. If your workouts are not affecting your dance practice adversely, then you could do both on the same day. Hope I answered your question.

Hi Pratibha, could you please help me understand the execution right -- In 'Feet in and feet out' and 'Slow and fast feet' its only with the toes I am moving. Is this right?
The alignment of feet is no different from how you run/jog for both. Your toes will touch the ground first before the heels. You need not raise your heels like you do in kudittu mettu. Also slow and fast feet is a transition from slow jog to fast run(in the same place) so you will be using the whole foot.

My favourite workout? Shavasana till 9.30am... My Wifi wouldn't allow me to do that 🤪.. These exercises are for dancers who have already done some dance moves. These have to be done slowly deliberately first and then fast paced like what you have done. Anyways I tried... Feet in & out... I can do slowly. Nattu lateral taps.. hmm.. Single to double hops... I always land on the same feet 😜. Slow and fast feet... slow and medium only please... Single leg cross feet shuffle.. Sideways only please, not going around in circles.... Side to side jumps... Oh.. this is one thing I can do well. Cross feet to Anchita pada shuffle...Little confusing.. but I did few rounds. Muzhumandi to leg stretches ... No I felt it's not good for oldy like me to twist like that. Anchita pada to low lunge.... I can do slowly... Muzhumandi to leg jump... slowly I can and I did. Yatho hasthasthatho drishti, yatho drashti, tatho manaha... Nice thing to learn. Learning some new words (for me at least 😜).
