Thank you for this blessing, other people describe luma hunting in a specific way and/or use complex things that the average person wouldn’t understand, but just like your Competitive Temtem videos you make it easy enough for average people to get started and have fun while still providing some crucial and really nice information if you are more proficient in the subject or a certain part of it. @@Bloonkinogi I do have a quick question, if you don’t mind. With the radar, what happens if you do run into something that isn’t the right temtem? You said if you runaway from the type you need the radar breaks and you can’t capture or fight any tem that aren’t the one you need. Is it something you just have to deal with or can you runaway and it be okay?
@@notsoplain3209 so the main rule is you can never run from Radar Encounters, you have to either KO or catch them. but you can always run from Wild Encounters, even if the wild tem matches your radar. just pay attention to the text at the bottom of the screen when you run into an encounter. if it says "Radar Tracked" make sure u fight. if it says "Wild" you are free to run no matter what tem spawns. You can still kill and catch Wild tems that match the radar, it just won't increase your chain count. Example: you are doing an orphyll radar. 1. You encounter a radar-tracked orphyll. you must KO or catch it. 2. You run through grass and encounter a wild orphyll, you can do whatever you want. KO, catch, or run away from it. 3. you run through grass and encounter a mushi. run! hope this helps. happy hunting! 😊
Nice video man, I like how you explain all the methods in sections, super clear and easy to remember each method. I'm dying for this to come out on Switch so I can play it myself, at the moment I steal my boyfriend's account on PC whenever I visit 😂 but sadly does mean I don't get to do anything hour intensive like luma hunts.

Shuine became a 20% since the opening of the backer road, so I think it is now obtainable with a radar (unfortunately for me that caught it when it was still a 5% haha)

yes! but i'm talking about Telomere-Hotfixes. in that update, they split telomere hacks into hacks and hotfixes. hacks can't be used on lumas, but hotfixes can. they increased the availability of Hacks, while hotfixes are still rare. this is to allow players to make perfect SV non-lumas and Mythicals a bit more easily, while still making perfect SV lumas difficult to obtain.
The lowest the odds, the more probable it is to have absurd results compared to said odds. I learned that the hard way in another game. When you think about it it makes sense. Throw a normal dice a couple of times, who knows what you'll get. Throw it 6000 times, the odds of having pretty even results are very good. But if it has 100, 1000 or 10 000 faces how many times do you have to throw it to almost certainly get even results?..
