He could probably even freeze the virus from Purple Haze as well as immobilize Aerosmith in the air by freezing it. If Ghiaccio could achieve absolute zero, he might be unstoppable, cause if anything comes into contact with absolute zero, chances are that all their atoms freeze in place as well. I think very few people could actually defeat Ghiaccio in a 1v1. If he never undid the ice to stop Mista, he would've gotten Giorno. Because he was too focused and pissed at Mista, he forgot about Giorno, leading to his defeat. Poor Ghiaccio, he died as he lived. Screaming.
